Serving and receiving are the beginning of tactics in tennis sports.The athletes always want to get more information from competitors in order to predict the opponent's next plan and prepare for battle to increase the chance of win for themself.Receiving often plays a critical role in broken opponent's serving,if athletes predict ahead of receiving,can be well-prepared as soon as possible and receive the high-quality of the ball,the game from the receiving stage to stalemate,after receiving even it can back to the very aggressive ball to suppress opponents,so receiving prediction often plays a critical role in broken serve.Many scholars through various psychological training methods for different project athletes intervention experiment,realized the mental play a significant impact on the performance of the movement of athletes.This study from the perspective of psychological intervention,the assumption by psychological intervention have impact on predict ability and make tennis students anticipation towards high level,enhance the accuracy in tennis receiving anticipation,shorten the tennis receiving anticipation reaction time.Train these tennis players by relaxation,self-suggestion and representation,after the training,measure these tennis players subjects psychological skill levels by performance strategy scale and record the participants anticipation reaction behavior data through e-prime psychology software.Compared the experimental group and control group or compared the group before and after the intervention,know that the difference between receiving anticipation.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Tennis students psychological skills have improved after psychological intervention by relaxation,self-suggestion and representation,use automation,control attention,relaxation and self-talk psychological skills better.Use of psychological training way let yourself relax mood,focus,strengthen their cognition and understanding of movement,It is a certain role in promote the tennis receiving predictions.(2)Through the psychological intervention,in tennis receiving anticipation,eye movement characteristics of tennis students to be more excellent.The focus are changed and the driving action of key parts such as the right arm,tennis racket and tennis,interested in the watch number increase,the average fixation time growth,compared with the control group the normal training on more concentrated area,trajectory is concise and effective,improve search efficiency and information processing ability,is in action for a judgment service to improve the forecasting accuracy and speed of the key factors.(3)All the tennis players predicting accuracy have increase after training,reaction time is shortened,but the psychological intervention group compared with control group,the anticipation ability has a bigger improvement.Therefore,I suggest tennis coaches and tennis students pay attention to tennis receiving predict training,in tennis teaching or training can add the psychological intervention,combining skills training and psychological training,common in the ascension of the tennis receiving technology play a corresponding role,improve the level of tennis athletes psychological skills and receiving anticipation ability,make the tennis students can have a further promotion in the receiving technology,has more excellent performance.
