Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Project Management System In Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of society,basic theoretical research,scientific or technological invention and creation are playing an important role in the process of economic construction in China.While the country continuously strengthens the investment in scientific research,the corresponding management technology has not been developed in accordance with the situation.For large long-term key projects,such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China,they have their own mature management systems.However,for some other small or medium-sized and temporary scientific research projects,there are few professional mature management systems.According to the statistical investigation,many scientific research institutes still do not have efficient and safe scientific&research project management system(SRPMS),even if some of them have one,they are also generally faced with backward technology,single function,complex operation and other drawbacks.Healthy and sustainable development of a field requires the efforts of professional and technical personnel,but also the need the scientific and effective management tools,scientific research is no exception.Based on this,a SRPMS is designed and implemented which can reduce the workload,improve the ability of information sharing and strengthen the coordination between departments for the research institutes which undertaking scientific research tasks,supports for the explosive growth of theoretical knowledge and technological applications.Based on the background significances and research status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the functional requirements,non-functional requirements,system use cases,business processes and application environments of the SRPMS in detail.Then,with the object-oriented programming method and technology,the logical relationship and data transmission mode between the system objects are clarified by using the system sequence diagram and the database ER diagram.Finally,based on the Java programming language and SQL structured query language,and the B/S front-end and back-end separation framework based on Spring Boot as the start mode,the SRPMS is implemented and tested.The SRPMS not only has the main functions of common management system,but also supports the use of mobile devices;built-in statistical module and machine learning module,in addition to obtaining basic statistical data can also be based on project data mining other knowledge;the security of the process is ensured by giving the user the corresponding permissions when a one-time generated password(shown in this article as a two-dimensional code)arrives;according to the format template,the background will automatically integrate text and multimedia files into the target file,eliminating typesetting problems;it has enriched other auxiliary functions,such as content checking,prequalification,etc.Generally speaking,the SRPMS can effectively strengthen the efficiency of scientific and research project management.
