With the rapid increase in the scale of scientific research funds in universities and the number of projects to be declared year by year,the management of scientific research funds in universities has encountered problems such as complicated application procedures,difficulty in project statistics,and difficulty in measuring the efficiency of fund use.These problems have severely restricted the efficiency of scientific research funds.The improvement of the technology hinders the further development of the level of scientific and technological innovation.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the digital service mode has provided new ideas for all walks of life,and has also led to the management platform of scientific research funds information.Traditional monomer software has the disadvantages such as high code coupling,poor scalability,poor maintainability,and high development cost.With its low coupling and high cohesion,service architecture solves the problem of system development and maintenance,and provides strong technical support for efficient management of scientific research funds.This article takes the micro-service-based information management platform for scientific research funds as a breakthrough point,explores the efficient management mode of scientific research funds in universities,and takes the management of the independent innovation fund of a university as an model to develop the independent innovation fund management platform of a university.Providing electronic office support for university scientific research fund project application,review,project approval,project closure,and statistics.On the basis of detailed investigation and analysis of the management of scientific research fund,this paper has completed the following work in view of the problems existing in the management work,such as low efficiency of declaration,split between project and fund management,high cost of development and maintenance of information system,this paper has completed the following tasks: 1.From the perspective of the evolution of the Web system architecture,this paper analyzes the reasons for the microservice architecture,the architectural features,the advantages of use and the implementation of the technical architecture Spring Cloud.2.According to the problems in the management of scientific research funds and the design needs of the microservice architecture,the system is designed with functional modules and overall architecture using the front-end and back-end separation development modes,and specifically divides the entire system into Six microservices such as user management,project management,and unit management,notification announcement,message push,data analysis,etc.,and based on the Spring Boot framework and Vue framework as the front-end and back-end frameworks to implement a single microservice.3.Complete the functional test,performance test,and security test of the system,complete the official release and deployment after the test results meet the needs of system,and providing support for the independent innovation fund management.At present,the system has completed the sample application in a university,and has realized the informationization of the whole process of fund management.Since its official operation,this system has provided a convenient application channel for fund project applicants,the efficient management of scientific research fund,driven fund managers to make reasonable scientific decisions based on the analysis and visualization panel of scientific research data.it completed the Closed loop for efficient management which fund promoted the development of scientific research and scientific research data visualization promoted fund efficiency.This has effectively promoted the use efficiency and utilization of funds,boosted the high-quality development of my country’s scientific and technological innovation,and at the same time provided a model of the management of scientific research funds for other universities.
