Micro course is a product of the development of the times,and it is a new thing for the education sector.The emergence of micro courses has led to the emergence of new teaching methods,whose convenience and sharing meet the diverse needs of different groups.Compared with the traditional classroom,micro class has higher requirements for the motivation of learners.However,there are still many problems in the application of micro class in practical teaching.For example,many teachers only use micro class as a display means of open class and competitive teaching,ignoring the cultivation of students' interest in mathematics learning,so that students lack learning motivation in micro class.Moreover,the mathematics curriculum standard of compulsory education also puts forward requirements for students in this respect,that is,students are required to be curious and curious about mathematics and have confidence in learning mathematics well.Therefore,this paper introduces the ARCS motivation model,which is used as a guide to integrate the motivation strategy into the design of micro class,so as to improve the students' mathematics learning motivation and improve the use effect of micro class.This paper is a research on the micro-class design based on the ARCS motivation model,for the content of research,this paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance of the research and the methods of the research after consulting relevant literature;The second chapter is a literature review of relevant research on the topic,to make clear the concept,characteristics and domestic and foreign research status of micro class.At the same time,it summarizes the theoretical basis and overview of the ARCS motivation model as well as the research of the model by different scholars,and then on the basis of the synthesis of the two,it expounds the research status of micro class based on the ARCS motivation model;In the third chapter,the flow chart of micro course design is made,and the preliminary analysis of micro-lesson design is carried out.Through the questionnaire survey and interview with students,the current situation of students' mathematics learning motivation is understood.Through the interview with teachers,the situation of teachers' understanding and making of micro course,as well as the understanding and using of motivation model are understood;The fourth chapter is the design of micro course based on the ARCS motivation model.First,it introduces the motivation strategies corresponding to the four dimensions of the model.Second,it designs the template of pre analysis,scheme design and post implementation evaluation of micro course;The fifth chapter is to select two micro-lessons as cases for special research and analysis;The sixth chapter is the post-test of the questionnaire,and the results obtained are compared and analyzed with the results of the pre-test to explain the use effect of the micro-class.Through the interviews with students and teachers,the change of students' attitude towards the micro-class,as well as the teachers' suggestions and acceptance of the micro-class making are understood,so as to further improve the micro-class design based on the ARCS motivation model;The seventh chapter mainly summarizes the research situation of this paper,analyzes the shortcomings of this question,and reflects on the shortcomings and prospects.The research results of this paper show that applying the micro-lesson based on the ARCS motivation model to mathematics teaching in junior middle school can enhance students' learning motivation for mathematics and improve the use effect of micro-lesson.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for front-line teachers to make mathematics micro class.
