Advances in science and technology,and the popularity of mobile devices,have made people in an era of micro-learning,and the application of micro-curriculum has become increasingly popular.However,many micro-classes are cut-outs of instructional videos or classroom recordings.The vast majority of them have not been carefully designed and lack specialized guidance on the design theory of micro-classes.There is no uniform standard for the definition of micro-curriculums.On the other hand,because of its limitations in time and space,micro-curricules have higher requirements for learners' motivation for learning.Such micro-courses are difficult to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning and make them less motivated.This study designed the micro-curriculum by introducing the ARCS motivation model and constructed a micro-class design pattern that motivates students' learning motivation.It can not only enrich the research content of micro-class design theory,but also provide a reference for studying the relationship between learning motivation and micro-curriculum design.Information technology curriculum teachers provide lessons for the development and application of micro lessons.In this study,literature and model methods were used to study and analyze micro-curricular design,related literature and theories of ARCS motivation model,and a micro-class design model based on ARCS motive model was constructed.The junior high school information was conducted through quasi-experimental method,case method,and questionnaire method.Case study and micro-curricular application research in technical micro-curriculum,and evaluation of micro-classes through interviews and evaluations,verifying the effectiveness of the model.Through relevant teaching experiments,the research conclusion is drawn: The micro-class designed under the micro-curricular design mode based on the ARCS motivation model is more effective than the conventional micro-curriculum in improving student's learning motivation;improving student's learning motivation can be improved to some extent.Student's academic performance.
