| Physical health course is a special physical education course for the special students who can not participate in the normal physical education courses and physical exercises.The opening of physical health course is conducive to improving the physical and mental health of such students,making up for their lack of participation in normal physical exercise.In order to improve the development of physical education and health care courses in Colleges and universities in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods to carry out field research on nine colleges and universities in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province.Starting from the current situation of the development of physical education and health care courses in these colleges and universities,it finds the gap and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research results are as follows:(1)Only 2 / 3 of colleges and universities offer this course.(2)The demand of physical education and health care for the students from the physically disadvantaged groups has not been met.At present,71.22% of the students who take part in the health care course are "weak physique" due to disability,injury and other reasons.They have a strong demand for improving their physical health(56.12%),they all express "very like"(42.45%)or "like"(46.76%),and they show a strong desire for physical health care(69.78%).(3)Physical education and health care curriculum teachers are weak.The proportion of "assistant" and "lecturer" was 66.7%,and the title was relatively low.More than 83.33% of the teachers did not receive professional health related knowledge training after teaching.(4)Under the influence of both subjective and objective conditions,the quality of health care curriculum has more room to improve.79.86% of health care teachers take the teaching guiding ideology of "health first,promoting physical and mental development";more than half(59.69%)think that theoretical teaching is notimportant,but mainly arranges practical teaching contents such as small ball,fitness Qigong,etc.;in terms of syllabus,teaching materials,class hours,etc.,there is also need to be standardized;limited objective conditions(lack of site facilities)restrict the smooth opening of physical health care courses The main factors of the exhibition.(5)Put forward the following suggestions: 1)correctly and actively guide the students,objectively and rationally join the health care curriculum and reasonably use the curriculum resources;2)emancipate the teachers’ minds,protect the teachers’ rights and interests,relieve the teachers’ worries,scientifically assess and supervise,and improve their enthusiasm;3)scientifically plan,reasonably arrange,and comprehensively coordinate in the aspects of students,teachers,teaching and guarantee,so as to improve the teaching quality;4)Optimize the allocation of resources,ensure the smooth implementation of teaching,coordinate and promote from the level of education administrative departments,schools and curriculum providers,and jointly protect the sports rights of vulnerable groups. |
