The physical vulnerable students including special disease, disability, obesity, physical weakness, and several other types of disease recovery period. How to make the physical vulnerable students better in sports, the current university teaching model presented new challenges.This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics method, the investigation on the current situation of Heilongjiang province18ordinary universities sports inferior students participation in sports. According to the factors existing in the sports and health course teaching and extracurricular sports activities and the problems in the influence of draws some conclusions and puts forward corresponding suggestions. Survey results show that:Ways to improve health1, weak sports in Colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province students know more scientific and reasonable, it is a good premise set up the athletics health care education on physical vulnerable students; but in the concrete creation process, due to various universities pay more attention to the health care course is not enough, in Heilongjiang Province,44.4%universities have not no physical health class, they can only with ordinary together with students in class, basically in the probation, exemption or exemptions, lost the fairness of education, not the implementation of health education;2, has set up the athletics health care course in University at this stage in the implementation of physical education and health course in the short-term effect mostly focus on teaching goal, ignored the long-term effect, single teaching mode, teaching content arrangement of randomness, lack of pertinence, practicability, which does not reflect the "teach students in accordance of their aptitude, differential treatment" principle. Most of the students achievement assessment process is the result of appraisal, emphasis on process evaluation is not enough, has great influence on the enthusiasm of the physical vulnerable students participate in sports activities;3, school scale is small, the tense capital; the leadership of physical health and lack of work, the idea is backward; there is no professional sports health teacher; no textbooks, teaching objectives, teaching contents suitable; propaganda is insufficient; such as a small number of students is the result of Physical Vulnerable not main reason opened.4, in the aspect of organization of extracurricular sports activities:no special arrangements for physical education teachers to guide, not arrange for the physical vulnerable students’ Sports activities. In order to improve the quality of vulnerable students extracurricular sports activities, sports activities should be to establish a perfect, well targeted guidance;5, main factors restricting the development of physical education in Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province on physical vulnerable students is: not enough attention to the leadership, the lack of publicity; the construction of sports health curriculum system lack of integrity, practicality, to engage in sports health teaching; teachers strength weak; physical health problems needed to site, equipment and facilities.6, the physical vulnerable students think:colleges and universities should strengthen the students sports activity instruction; teachers’ responsibility and service level needs to be improved; in order to improve the students’ consciousness of lifelong physical education should strengthen the health knowledge propaganda; exercise prescription to establish.archives and scientific exercise for students; the students to create a good learning environment.
