In 2009,the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of China jointly held the national youth campus football work conference,which initiated the national strategic development model of campus football.After 10 years of development,campus football has blossomed all over the country,and a large number of excellent football players have emerged,but also exposed problems such as the desire for quick success and quick profit,formalism and imperfect social security.On July 11,2014,general secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on the reform and innovation of football.Instruction: to adhere to the problem-oriented,transform pressure for power,determined to make our football career up.Since then,several national departments have jointly formulated a number of policies to regulate the school football system,guarantee the implementation of school football and promote the development of school football.The introduction of these policies also marks that our school football has entered a new round of high quality and high speed development stage.As the first batch of national football characteristic school demonstration area,Licang district government strongly supports the work of campus football and implements the relevant regulations and rules issued by the state for campus football.For a long time,measures are taken according to local conditions and advantages of the district are combined to create a campus football activity mode in line with the development of local students.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out relevant research on the current situation of campus football development in licang district and find a breakthrough and mode for better and faster development of campus football.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods,with the top design for rod,the campus football from the organization and management,educational idea,teachers,curriculum structure,competition and training pattern,the safeguard system of licang 33 elementary school campus football developing situation investigation and study,to understand licang about primary school in carrying out the innovation in the process of campus football,find the existing problems and propose solutions,provide theoretical support for Licang campus football high quality development.At the same time,it also provides experience for the further development of primary school football in other areas.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Licang district government and education and sports bureau adhere to the implementation of the national top-level design policy on the development of school football,and provide comprehensive material guarantee and policy support to licang district primary school,promoting the development of school football in licang district.(2)The number of professional football teachers in the football features primary school in Licang district is relatively small,and there are differences in the education level,coach level and referee level of football teachers.(3)Licang district primary school football teachers innovate teaching model,view students from the perspective of development,optimize curriculum structure,change teaching methods,enrich teaching content,form "1+X" curriculum pattern,not only improve students’ football level,but also enhance the development of other sports,so as to achieve "one super many".(4)Licang district has a single source of campus football funds,which are unevenly distributed,and part of the football funds are used for non-football projects.In order to better develop campus football activities,we need to increase the investment in football funds and expand the sources of funds.(5)The football competition in licang football features primary school is relatively perfect.From "headmaster cup" to "district head cup",all levels of league are closely connected.The creation of "mini level 4 league",increasing the opportunities for young players to exchange ideas and improve their interest in football will play a good role in promoting the development of campus football.(6)In the process of football training,Licang district football features primary school has a low training frequency and lacks long-term planning of training.However,according to the law of physical and mental development of students,li cang district teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,and formulates appropriate training content according to different sections of students.(7)Licang district football features primary attaches importance to the role of family factors in the development of campus football,so that parents can walk into the campus and "open their hands to welcome football".Parents are the guarantee to effectively promote students’ cultural learning and football development.Only with the home-school cooperation model can children have a more profound and meaningful impact.
