The Study On The Current Situation Of Cultivating Reserved Juvenile Football Sportsman And The Develpoment Countermeasure In Qinhuangdao Football School

The cultivation of reserving football sportsmen is a great strategic problem，whichmostly affects China’s football sustainable development, and only attach importance tothe reserves cultivating, a country’s football game would develop well. Most footballforces in the world pay much more attention to the reserves cultivating. In recent yeas,China has been directing its great energies to reform reserves training system in order topromote the development of football career.Qinhuangdao football school emerged in the course of football reform in China. Itsestablishment has been regarded as an important strategy on reserving juvenile footballsportsman and the cross-century football hope project.Reviewing the history development of the school, we are sad to find its decay. Theenrollment began from the year1996when the school planned to recruit the286students, but more than3000students were drawn. In the year of2008, the schoolplanned to recruit160students but there were only50applicants. The schooldormitories were once all occupied by the students, but now many dormitories andfields serve as other uses. The school captured great attention and underwent prosperousdevelopment. Unfortunately, the school is confronted with survival crisis. Therefore, itis necessary to reexamine reserve personnel training system of Qinhuangdao footballschool, explore existing problems and give the solutions to these problems. Finally theschool could establish a new reserve personnel cultivating model which fits socialisticmarketing economical system.The author visited soccer coaches, management personnels and sportsmen ofQinhuangdao football school and interviewed with them. The author used questionnaireto get information and collected data and then made mathematical statistics analysis tofind more scientific, objective and reasonable result. The results show that there aresome leaks in reserve personnel cultivating system:(1) the coaches’ cultural qualitiesand coaching levels are low.(2) Most of the students have poor grades, because they arenot able to buffer the conflicts between the study and the training. In the future, theyhave fewer opportunities to continue their educations or find jobs. As a result, the number of the students is decreasing.(3) The school should change the reservepersonnel training model to adapt the development of socialist market economy. Themain sources of funding are administrative grants and the tuition fees, but donation ofsocial forces are much less.To solve these problems, the author tried to put forward some suggestions:(1) Thecoaches should improve cultural qualities and professional qualities. Moreover, it isnecessary perfect the education, training and appointment institution. It is good to exertthe resources of talented personnel.(2) The school should set up the goal of cultivatingreserve sports talents and fostering all round people. Thus it is important to follow theprinciple of "combination of sport and education” to promote all round development ofjuvenile football sportsman.(3) The school should recognize the rule of marketdevelopment, and then establish a new talents training mode which could meet innerneeds of the development of socialist market economy and in conformity with the actualdevelopment of school. Moreover, the school has to build their own income generatingmechanism to increase its vitality, and at the same time, promote the exchanges and thecooperations with the other social forces in order to complement advantages and sharethe resources with each other.
