A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Football Training And Clubs In Licang District Campus

In June 2009,the state issued the notice on the development of national youth campus football activities,which started the development of campus football.Between2010 and 2013,it issued a series of documents on the development of campus football,such as the 12 th Five year development draft of football and the national youth campus football medium and long term development plan.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in 2014 that we should attach great importance to the development of sports.In 2015,the State Council promulgated the overall plan for China's football development and Reform [1].During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,it is necessary to focus on the reform of football,conscientiously implement the medium and long term development plan of Chinese football(2016-2050),increase the support for football sports,comprehensively deepen the system reform,and improve the strength of Chinese football.At the football work conference held in Qingdao at the end of 2014,it was proposed that Qingdao would set up football courses in primary and secondary schools,and establish and improve the three-level youth training system.Make and implement the development plan of campus football,gradually solve the problem of shortage of school football teachers and coaches,build a competition platform from primary school to university,and encourage social forces to participate in the training of young reserve talents.This paper selects the collaborative development of football training and clubs in Licang District as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert interview and questionnaire.Based on the study of the teaching,training,teachers' strength and training status of the development of campus football in Licang District,this paper analyzes and sums up the implementation plan of the Zhongneng Football Club serving the campus and the specific cooperation mode between the teaching and Sports Bureau of Licang District and its affiliated primary and secondary schools and the Zhongneng football club,and draws the following conclusions:1.Licang District Bureau of education and sports provides great support in policy and finance,and the government buys Club technical support and services.From the special financial allocation of sports lottery to serve campus football,the developmentfunds of campus football should be dedicated to the specific purpose.The document spirit of developing campus football issued by the central government has been fully implemented and implemented here by Licang District government and the Bureau of education and sports.2.The new mode of the coordinated development of the campus football training and club in Licang District provides a new way of thinking for the development of the campus football.Under the unified leadership of the education and Sports Bureau and the financial support of policies,all primary and secondary schools provide sufficient training venues and potential football population and talents,and the club provides professional training and a series of technical support,publicity and promotion services.This cooperation mode combines the advantages of both sides and maximizes the cooperation benefit.3.Since the cooperation of Licang District Campus football and Zhongneng football club for seven years,a relatively stable development mode of campus football training has emerged.The club sends football coaches to popularize football courses,make teaching and training plans,select football talents for professional training,lead students to participate in all kinds of football leagues at all levels,and ensure the level of football competition in the school.The school teachers are responsible for assisting the football coach in the football class,coordinating the relationship among the school,the head teacher,the parents and the students,etc.,so that the cooperation between the two sides can complement each other.4.The coordinated development of campus football training and clubs in Licang District has formed a relatively perfect League mechanism at all levels.Every primary and secondary school regularly holds the "principal Cup" football match.From October to November of each year,the Bureau of education and sports organizes the "District long Cup" football match in Licang District.Excellent teams are selected to participate in the "mayor's Cup" Football League of Qingdao.The first mock exam and the "match" match were held in cold and summer holidays.The successful holding of various competitions also tested the merits of this model.5.There are still inevitable contradictions between learning and training in development,and the influence of training time and competition on learning time.Thecooperation club is single and the competition vigor is declining.The guarantee system of reserve talents is not perfect,the participation of girls in the development of campus football is low,parents and students still have worries about the future growth,professional football coaches are not suitable for the school education and teaching mode,these problems still need to be optimized and solved.
