The university stage is a critical period for individual growth,and the ability of college students to adapt to school life is a key element that determines the individual's healthy growth and future development.The state and society are also paying more and more attention to the level of college students 'school adaptability and influencing factors.Many scholars have also conducted research on college students' school adaptability from different angles,and put forward valuable suggestions to promote the improvement of individual school adaptability.At present,the study of physical exercise behavior,physical education,and sports culture has more influence on school adaptability,but the research on the relationship between physical exercise behavior self-management and school adaptability is relatively weak.Adaptability is the research object to explore the relationship between the two.In this study,Qiu Daming's "Physical Exercise Behavior Self-Management Scale" initial questionnaire and Fang Xiaoyi's "Chinese University Student Adaptability Scale" were used as measurement tools.The literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method were used to The effect of physical exercise self-management on college students' school adaptability "was studied.Research shows:(1)The average value of self-management of college students' physical exercise behavior is36.268,and the average value of item is 2.790,which is lower than the average value of 3.(2)The average school adaptability of college students is 171.97,and the average item is2.866,which is lower than the median value of 3.(3)The correlation between physical exercise behavior self-management and its dimension exercise motivation,exercise method and college students 'school adaptability reached a significance of 0.001,and the correlation of dimension exercise time and college students' school adaptability reached a significance of 0.05.The correlations between physical exercise behavior self-management and school adaptability,interpersonal relationship adaptability,learning adaptability,campus adaptability,career adaptability,emotional adaptability,self-adaptation,and satisfaction all reached a significance of 0.001.(4)The regression coefficient of self-management of physical exercise behavior on school adaptability was 0.426,the standardized coefficient was 0.329,P <0.001.Regression coefficients of exercise motivation and exercise methods on school adaptability by dimension are 1.109 and0.321,standardized coefficients are respectively 0.279 and 0.145,and P values are less than0.001;regression coefficient of exercise time on school adaptability is 0.168 and standardizedcoefficients are 0.064,P The value is less than 0.05.Regression coefficients of physical exercise behavior self-management on school adaptability by dimension,interpersonal relationship adaptation,learning adaptation,campus adaptation,career selection adaptation,emotional adaptation,self-adaptation,and satisfaction are respectively 0.071,0.072,0.071,0.049,0.064,0.043,0.056.Analysis conclusion:(1)The self-management of college students' physical exercise behavior is at the lower middle level,the motivation of the exercise in different dimensions is at the lower middle level,the exercise method is at the lower middle level,and the exercise time reaches the middle level.The self-management level of college students' physical exercise behavior is not optimistic.(2)The adaptability of college students is at the lower middle level;the fractal,interpersonal adaptation,learning adaptation,campus adaptation,and satisfaction are all at the lower middle level,and the emotional adaptation and self-adaptation are at the slightly lower middle level.To a medium level.The overall level of adaptability of college students needs to be improved.(3)Self-management of physical exercise behavior has a significant positive impact on college students 'school adaptability.Self-management of physical exercise behavior has a significant positive impact on college students' school adaptability,including exercise motivation,exercise time and exercise methods.The order of the influence of exercise motivation,exercise time and exercise method on college students' adaptability is: exercise motivation> exercise method> exercise time.(4)Self-management of physical exercise behavior has a significant positive impact on college students' adaptability in different dimensions: interpersonal relationship adaptation,learning adaptation,campus adaptation,career selection adaptation,emotional adaptation,self-adaptation,and satisfaction.
