In the era of artificial intelligence,programming education has become an urgent need.Countries and regions around the world have launched policies to encourage young children to learn programming.In 2017,the State Council issued the new generation of artificial intelligence development plan,which requires the promotion of programming education in primary and secondary schools,and the development of programming textbooks is imminent.The outline of basic education curriculum reform(for Trial Implementation)points out that the State implements three-level curriculum system,and school-based curriculum,as an important supplement to national curriculum and local curriculum,can effectively promote the cultivation of students’ creative thinking based on the school’s natural and human environment.How to actively respond to national policies and develop programming textbooks based on their own advantages has become a practical problem faced by many primary and secondary schools.First of all,through literature research,this paper summarizes the current situation of creative thinking training and programming courses at home and abroad,so as to find the current situation and related problems of school-based programming courses for creative thinking training.Secondly,based on the learner centered curriculum theory,Taylor’s curriculum development theory and the external needs of programming curriculum development,learner needs and the advantages of curriculum development,the theoretical and practical basis of school-based curriculum development is determined.Thirdly,based on the above-mentioned development basis,the primary school programming school-based curriculum development design is carried out from the following aspects: curriculum development principle,curriculum goal design,curriculum resource selection,content system construction,learning activity design and school-based curriculum evaluation.Finally,based on the development of school-based curriculum,the author takes a primary school student in R city as the research object,uses quasi experimental research method for three semesters of practical application,and evaluates the implementation effect of school-based curriculum through questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that after three semesters of study,the students’ creative thinking has improved significantly.The students’ performance in the classroom is better than other students.Their creative thinking is particularly active,and they can draw inferences from one example.According to the real life,they put forward their own ideas.The students’ curriculum satisfaction is high,their learning attitude is very positive,and the teachers are willing to program the curriculum Set your attitude.In the process of school-based curriculum design and implementation,this study cultivates students’ creative thinking,realizes the "zero breakthrough" of school-based programming in my school,and provides reference and reference for school-based curriculum development of programming education in other schools.The problem driven method and project-based teaching method are used to promote the cultivation of students’ creative thinking,and the examples of programming teaching provide strategic guidance and experience for teachers to carry out programming curriculum education.
