| Industrial integration and development is an important strategic deployment to realize the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure.On October 20,2014,the "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry to Promote Sports Consumption" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council(Document No.46)clearly required the acceleration of the promotion of sports industry and tourism industry,cultural industry,medical industry and other related industries.Integrate development and realize the coordinated development of the sports industry and the social economy.With the supply-side structural reform,consumption upgrading and the rapid development of information technology,the degree of integration of sports and tourism industry has deepened.It is imperative to fully understand the integration level of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province,and to understand the inherent laws of integration and development.Re-integration and re-development of the premise.Using the input-output method and introducing the input-output model,this paper analyzes the structural relationship and resource status of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province,and finds that the development potential of sports tourism industry in Shandong Province is huge.In recent years,sports tourism products have blossomed everywhere,and sports tourism projects have been enriched.Shandong sports tourism has strong dependence on culture,sports and entertainment.Shandong sports and tourism industry structure is closely related,and it is developing towards high-quality,in-depth sports + and cultural + tourism forms.The source,point and flow of relevant research results on sports tourism and industrial integration at home and abroad were clarified,and the content of the integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province was clarified.The sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province was constructed by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.The three levels of the integration assessment index system are the target layer,the criterion layer and the indicator layer.The criterion layer contains four dimensions including innovation degree.The index layer contains 21 specific indicators such as the traditional sports/tourism innovation degree in Shandong Province.On this basis,the hierarchical structure model of the integration index system of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province was established,and the judgment matrix was constructed.The weights of each evaluation index were calculated by hierarchical single sorting and total sorting.The evaluation index system passed the consistency test,and the consistency ratio CR<0.1,with satisfactory consistency.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct fuzzy evaluation matrix,construct evaluation factor set,evaluation comment set,evaluation weight re-set,establish fuzzy relationship matrix,conduct single-factor fuzzy evaluation and multi-factor fuzzy evaluation,Shandong province sports and tourism industry integration degree The index fusion scores are:Shandong Province sports tourism industry innovation degree(2.8177),Shandong province sports tourism industry dependence degree(3.55908),Shandong province sports tourism industry relevance degree(3.28559),Shandong province sports tourism industry contribution degree(3.07047),The overall evaluation score was 3.0374.Corresponding commentary The integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province is generally in a high level of integration,but the various criteria are in an unbalanced state.Finally,according to the evaluation structure,the countermeasures for the deep integration of sports and tourism industry in Shandong Province are proposed:(1)With the policy system as the guarantee,timely adjustment of lagging industrial policies,relaxation of industrial model restrictions,settlement of old and new conflicts,strengthening of management cooperation and integration,and breaking the status quo of each other.Improve the human resources system and establish a talent planning system.(2)Develop new forms of sports tourism,combine local resources,develop core product attractions,improve industrial structure,increase the type,quantity and income of new formats,and establish innovative development concepts;(3)establish a global tourism development concept and build a new brand The spatial pattern realizes the integration of “global space”,breaks the seasonal time limit,and creates a full-time sports tourism product to realize the “full-time four-season” tourism situation. |
