"Partner learning and research" is a kind of cooperative learning which is more suitable for teaching needs and students' development.It aims to explore and use various educational resources and strength.Partner learning and research can make teachers and parents become the learning partners of students,and form partnership between teachers and students,students and students,parents and schools,so as to achieve cooperative education.In the process of carrying out partner study and research,students can obtain more social resources support,receive more comprehensive and detailed guidance,and can also gain more experience in the process of personal practice,master the skills of communication and cooperation with peers,and then receive the effect of training ability and improving core literacy.This paper takes Nanjing x primary school Chinese teaching as an example to investigate and study the practice of partner learning and research.The author visited the practice of partner learning and research,interviewed the relevant teachers and students,and studied its teaching practice process.The author also independently carried out relevant Chinese teaching practice activities,using the method of comparison with parallel classes,verified that partner learning and research can effectively improve the teaching effect.Through the communication and exchange with parents,the author promotes parents and schools to form educational joint forces,expands the scope of partner learning and research practice,and strives for more educational resources for students.This paper is divided into three parts.The introduction part mainly expounds the new requirements of curriculum reform and social development for talent training,the research status and existing problems of cooperative learning.The first chapter defines the two basic concepts of partner learning research and practical research,and rationally considers the reasons for the emergence and application of partner learning and research.From the second chapter to the fourth chapter,through observation,interview and other methods,this paper makes clear the current situation of the application of partner learning and research in X primary school,finds out the problems existing in the practice of partner learning and research,and analyzes the reasons.It is believed that partner learning and research can effectively improve the quality of Chinese teaching in X primary school and cultivate students' ability.Finally,from the perspective of "teachers,students and parents",this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions for teachers to continue to do a good job in daily teaching,enhance students'autonomous participation and sense of ownership,continue to strive for parents' support and listen to parents' needs.
