As the "Chinese Bridge" that connects the world gets farther and farther,more and more Chinese volunteer teachers choose to go abroad to show themselves on the world stage and show the charm of Chinese.Volunteer teachers in South Korea are a shining force in this glorious team There is an important Chinese language teaching program in South Korea called the "CPIK"(full name "Chinese Program in Korea")project,which led to a new Chinese language teaching mode--partner teaching mode.In recent years,research on partner-based teaching and CPIK projects has been emerge in endlessly.Most of the researchers are Chinese volunteer teachers.They were starting from their own experiences,they studied the possibility that partner teaching has always existed in overseas Chinese teaching,the implementation of the partner teaching model,and the achievements of the partner teaching model.They recorded the development of partner teaching in Korea.,Provided many valuable suggestions for later volunteers in Korea.The author went to South Korea as a Chinese volunteer teacher in February 2019.During the one year of teaching,author deeply felt the advantages and disadvantages of the partner teaching mode in practice,especially the teaching task allocation,teaching method skills,and cultural lessons of partner teaching The teaching content is quite impressive.Therefore,the author wants to provide instructional teaching design for partner teaching based on course tracking,surveys and interviews,to help future Chinese teacher volunteers understand their own teaching strengths and weaknesses,learn from strengths and weaknesses,and master teaching initiative.Author hope make contributions to the progress and development of the CPIK project.This article starts with recording Chinese classes in four middle schools in Daegu,Korea,and conducts further interviews with teachers in four middle schools on important issues related to this thesis.It also issues questionnaires to Chinese volunteer teachers across Korea to understand the current status of Korean partner teaching.And specifically analyzed the characteristics of partner teaching in the four middle schools,and understood the teachers’ opinions in the teaching process.The study found that in the current partner-type teaching,there are still problems such as uneven teaching task distribution for partner teachers,more separate teaching links in class,less collaborative teaching,excessive pressure from Chinese teachers or excessive pressure from Korean teachers,and different teaching concepts..Therefore,this article further considers and researches reasonable teaching task allocation and Chinese teaching techniques suitable for partner teaching in order to promote a harmonious and harmonious partner-teacher relationship and achieve the effect of partner teaching of 1+1>2,hope to bring best Chinese class to Korean students.The introduction part of this paper mainly describes the purpose and significance of the topic,the research results of Korean Chinese partner teaching topic,the research methods of this paper,as well as the characteristics and innovations of this paper.The first chapter describes the current situation of partner teaching in South Korea,then introduces the general situation of Chinese teaching in four schools from the perspectives of middle school profile,partner mode,teaching materials,student characteristics,etc.And makes a comprehensive tracking record of 20 Chinese classes in four middle schools from the perspective of teaching task allocation,teaching skills,knowledge point practice,etc.In the second chapter,based on the interview,the author makes a detailed analysis of 20 classes in four schools from eight aspects:teaching materials,teaching link responsibility,teaching activities,classroom discipline management,teaching methods and skills,knowledge practice,cultural explanation and teaching characteristics,so as to understand the advantages and improvements of partner teaching in four schools.The third chapter starts from the questionnaire and interview to understand the teachers’ feelings and views on the current partner teaching.Through the analysis of the survey results,66 teachers in South Korea are known about the current situation of partner teaching,especially the feelings and suggestions of the teachers on the current partner teaching,and the improvements in the current partner teaching are analyzed,so that Chinese teachers can understand their own teaching advantages and the problems they need to face,learn to take the advantages and avoid the disadvantages in teaching,and show their own advantages.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems of teaching task distribution,teaching methods and teaching activities in partner teaching at present,with the concept of common leading teaching,the author designs three suggested teaching guidance schemes for partner teaching in the course type(comprehensive course,activity course and culture course).The last part is the conclusion,which mainly explains the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward some practical suggestions for the later research of partner teaching,such as unifying teaching syllabus,increasing partner teaching and training.
