Curriculum objectives,as the specificization of educational objectives,are the primary issues in the study of curriculum theory and curriculum practice,and they determine the choice and organization of curriculum content,the implementation of curriculum,and the implementation of curriculum evaluation.Only by constructing a scientific and reasonable curriculum objective system can the curriculum's educational value be maximized.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China for 70 years,the curriculum objective of the basic education leads the basic education to advance in the twists and turns in the development and change.So,what changes have taken place in the curriculum objective of basic education since the founding of the People's Republic of China for 70 years? What are the characteristics and rules? What experiences and lessons are provided for the scientific construction of the curriculum objective system? These are the questions that this research tries to analyze and think about.Based on the education policy as a clue,this study according to the remarkable representation of the basic education curriculum objectives in the education policy,divides the evolution process of the basic education curriculum objectives in the 70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China into the following five stages: the "double-base" objectives in the 17 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China(1949-1965);the objectives of the "class struggle" during the "Cultural Revolution"(1966-1977);the objectives of "three bases and one character" in the early period of reform and opening up(1978-2000);"Three-dimensional objectives" in the context of the new curriculum reform(2001-2013);the objectives of "core literacy" during the deepening reform(2014-present).Throughout the evolution and development of the basic education curriculum objectives in the 70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China,the curriculum objectives have undergone a transformation from "social people" to "complete people".An overview of the evolution and development of the curriculum objectives of basic education in the 70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China shows its distinct stage characteristics from three aspects: the nature of the curriculum objectives,the structure of the curriculum objectives and the presentation of the curriculum objectives.The socialist nature of the course objectives is always carried out,and its specific connotation keeps pace with the times;the structure of curriculumobjectives has also gradually been enriched with the development of the times,emphasizing the cultivation of "all-rounded people";educational policies,teaching materials,teaching methods,and evaluation methods have become more diverse in the presentation of curriculum objectives with the development of the times,and the role of information technology in transforming these presentation methods is obvious.A series of problems also exist in different dimensions when reviewing and reflecting on the evolution of basic education curriculum objectives in the past 70 years.First of all,there is a "pendulum phenomenon" in the value orientation of the curriculum objectives,which is manifested as the drift and bias between different value orientations of the curriculum objectives;secondly,there is a phenomenon of favoritism in the structure of curriculum objectives,which is manifested as "main and secondary","obvious and implicit";thirdly,the operability of the curriculum objectives needs to be strengthened,which is reflected in the present state of educational policies,teaching materials,teaching methods and evaluation methods;finally,the continuation and reference of the course objectives still need rationality,and "total denial" or "total acceptance" are irrational practices.Summary,review,reflection are for scientific advancement.The construction of basic education curriculum objectives is an extremely complex long-term task.By summing up,reviewing and reflecting on the evolution of the curriculum objectives of basic education in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,some reflections on improving the curriculum objectives of basic education are obtained: strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of curriculum objectives;realize the ecological transformation of the curriculum objectives value orientation;enrich and improve the "comprehensive development" of the curriculum objectives structure;enhance the operability of curriculum objectives;adhere to the scientific "ancient and modern Chinese and foreign law".Finally,the paper analyzes the value orientation,structure,presentation,continuation and reference of the curriculum objectives in the ? Curriculum plan for general high schools(2017edition)? to test the reality of the curriculum objectives.
