| It is not difficult to find that the standard of PE curriculum in primary and middle schools plays an important role in the course of the reform of primary and middle school PE course since the reform and opening up.It can be said that the reform of physical education curriculum standards(syllabus),is the PE curriculum objectives,course content,curriculum evaluation of the development history.The objectives,content and evaluation of the courses are mainly reflected in the curriculum standards or syllabus.Therefore,the rational thinking of the development of PE curriculum standards(syllabus)in primary and secondary schools is the final foothold of this study,and it is important to discuss its development law.The theoretical significance and practical relevance.This article mainly through the documentary law,the history law promulgates in our country and the elementary and middle schools physical education curriculum standard(syllabus)related policies,the laws and regulations and so on normative document carries on the carding,since the reform and open policy primary and secondary school physical education curriculum standard(teaching outline)and summarizes the background of the PE curriculum standards(syllabus)of primary and secondary schools in different stages since the reform and opening-up,as well as the security system;It also summarizes the PE curriculum standards of primary and middle schools in different stages;the basic experience of the development of standards(outline)since reform and opening-up;the dialectics to explore the resistance factors which affect the implementation of the previous standards(syllabus);and further reflections on the development of PE curriculum standards in primary and secondary schools.This paper tries to discuss the course concept,goal design,content setting and evaluation system of PE curriculum standard from the view of a new angle of view,using the goal deviation theory,and sums up the curriculum standards(syllabus)Curriculum concept,goal design,content setting and evaluation system.Namely:different social and historical needs led to the lack of part of the idea;target design at different stages there is a certain degree of deviation from the phenomenon;different stages of curriculum content has a certain degree of blurring problems;different stages of the evaluation system of the one-sided problem.In the end,this article has carried on the ponder to the elementary and middle schools physical education and the healthy curriculum standard development The author puts forward some suggestions for the next step of PE curriculum reform in China:insist on the basic concept of"student development as the center",ensure the development of the concept;optimize the target system,pay attention to the coherence of goal design;strengthen the choice of course content;Realistic;development of multiple evaluation system,adhere to the scientific evaluation. |
