Investigation And Research On The Current Situation Of Parent School Construction In Primary And Middle Schools In Shandong Province

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the renewal of ideology and concepts,parent education has received more and more attention.Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that "Parents are the children's first teachers,and children should be taught".The quality of parents not only has a profound and lasting impact on the adult success of their children,but also becomes one of the important factors restricting the success of family education.The parent school,as an adult education institution organized to improve the quality of parents and family education,targets the parents and caregivers of minors to help them establish a scientific and correct concept of family education,promote the education and development of children of vulnerable families,The level of parent education plays an important role in promoting home-school co-education.This study is aimed at the parent schools of primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province.It analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of parent schools in Shandong province,and then proposes specific improvements to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary parent schools.This research investigates the current situation of the construction of parent schools in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province through literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and interview methods.In the field investigation process,756 effective questionnaires were obtained using questionnaire survey methods,and interviews were used to conduct in-depth interviews with 4administrators,2 teachers,and 3 parents in 5 primary and secondary school parents' schools to understand the status of parent school construction.It can be seen from the research that the forms of school activities of parents in primary and secondary schools are diversified,and the development trend of home-school mutual assistance and multiple cooperation has been initially formed;Weakness,lack of systematic education in parents' schools,weak teachers,etc.According to the research and analysis framework of this study,the establishment and improvement of a joint parent-school work system,the improvement of parents' awareness of the importance of their own learning,the construction of a scientific and reasonable parent education content system,the strengthening of parent-school teacher construction,and the strengthening of parent-school element support and innovation six aspects of parental school education methods,and put forward countermeasures to improve thedevelopment of parent schools.
