Teachers' educational feeling is not only an important resource of education and teaching,but also an important factor affecting the quality of education and teaching.Teachers' positive educational feeling is not only conducive to the development of teachers themselves,but also conducive to the healthy growth of students.As a guide and transmitter in the world of education,teachers' stable emotion state is an important factor to protect students' emotiona state.Therefore,the understanding and cultivation of teachers' education emotions should become one of the research trends of educational emotions.However,for a long time,the status and value of teachers' educational feeling have not been given due attention.Although the current educational research has begun to study the feeling,the focus of the research is on the healthy development of students' educational feeling.Teachers' educational feeling only exists in the form of educational means.In the actual situation of education,although some measures to adjust teachers' educational feeling are put forward in policy,due to the lack of teachers and school's attention,the actual situation is still insufficient attention to teachers' emotional aspects of education.In view of this,this study is based on the “emotional first” view of understanding education,David Hume's moral and emotional theory,emotional intelligence theory and emotional value theory,trying to answer the question “What are the characteristics,structures and functions of teachers' educational feeling?” “What is the current situation of teachers' educational feeling?” “How to play the role of teachers' educational feeling?”Firstly,this study analyzed teachers' educational feeling.Feeling refers to a relatively strong psychological response to external stimuli,is an individual's experience of likes and dislikes of personnel in the environment;educational feeling is the feeling occurring in the field of education,different from the feeling in daily life,it inevitably has the color of education;teachers as the main body of activities.Firstly,their educational feeling refers to teachers' preference and dislike for educational personnel in educational situations.Teachers' educational feeling has the characteristics of professionalism,rationality,performance,education,sociality and situation.From the nature of feeling,teachers' educational feeling can be divided into positive and negative ones;from the expression of emotion,teachers' educational feeling can be divided into implicit and explicit ones;from the object of affection,teachers' educational feeling can be divided into human,material and personal ones.Based on the above classification of educational feelings,the structure of teachers' educational feeling can be divided into teachers' feeling to education and teaching,to students,to colleagues and to themselves.From the point of view of the function of emotion,teachers' educational feeling has the functions of power,infection,reinforcement and regulation.In order to understand the current situation of teachers' educational feeling,this study,based on the analysis of the existing research on teachers' educational feeling,combined with interviews with some primary and secondary school teachers,found four points.Firstly,most teachers can realize the change of their own educational feeling and understand the influence of educational feeling on teachers' educational and teaching work.Secondly,teachers themselves,school management and social support are the main factors affecting teachers' educational feelings.Thirdly,the development of teachers' educational feeling in different stages is at the age and stage.Fourthly,compared with the new teachers,most of the old teachers can better adjust their own educational feeling.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teachers' educational feeling,the author believes that the factors affecting teachers' educational feeling can be analyzed from three aspects: teachers' individual factors,school factors and social factors.Teachers' personal sense of teaching efficacy,interpersonal relationship in educational environment and the realization of teachers' self-worth are the influencing factors of teachers themselves.Teachers' working environment,occupational load,professional status and social expectations are the influencing factors of school and society's affection on education.Good educational feeling can help teachers get a healthy mood,and then have a positive impact on students and improve the teaching effect.In order to give full play to the power of educational emotions,teachers are required to cultivate their own educational emotions reasonably.On the premise of establishing correct professional ideals and beliefs,teachers should correctly recognize and analyze their own feeling,maintain positive educational feeling,manage and eliminate negative educational feeling,and express themselves through reasonable ways.In addition to the efforts of teachers themselves,schools and society should create a healthy external environment.Schools should pay attention to teachers' mental health,provide good organizational environment for teachers,and make it possible for teachers' healthy development of educational feeling;society should improve relevant policies,give teachers reasonable social expectations improve teachers' social status,and truly respect teachers,so that teachers' educational feeling can develop more healthily.
