In the course of Taekwondo teaching, every student willexperience various degrees of fear. The feeling of fear was contributed to cannotcomplete motion well. The feeling of fear, leads to a series of biologicalalterations.Such as muscular stiffness, movements uncoordinated, cardioacceleration, breathing hard, sweating, elevation of blood pressure.etc.It alsomakes person lose motor control and concentration, responding slowly. All theseresponses will bring several effects on the quality of teaching.According to thecharacteristics of combat teaching, analyst the causes contributing to the arising of thefeeling of fear during combat teaching, and becomes very important to the researchthat helps establish some ways of solution. That way, the students can benefit a lotfrom it, and meanwhile, the quality of the Taewondo teaching will be greatlyimproved.Based on the theories of cognitive psychology, pedegogy as well as somerelavant theories of modern teaching, this thesis makes a systematic study of fear thatoccurs to the P.E. students during their learning, and then put forth several ways ofsolutions,The main methods this thesis adopts includes: studing relavantliterature, designing questionnaires, interviewing experts, statisticalanalysis, experiment and observation. The conclusions that are drawn from this study are as follows:1.Based on the purpose and requirement of research, fabricate and design CombatTeaching Fear Factor Scale and Combat Teaching Fear Degree Scale.Throughprincipal component analysis and extracting six components, the loading value of eachcomponent use all above0.6,and accumulative square was all75%above. The halfconsistency validities were0.881and0.922,The intramural consistency validity wasall above0.9.The value showed that two forms had better intramural consistencyvalidity, and they can be used for testing.I-CVI were all above0.78as well and thevalue of Kappa were all above0.74,these values showed two scales had excellentcontent validity。2.Fear of failureã€fear of hurtã€fear of fieldã€fear of relationshipã€fear of oppositionand fear of negative assessment, there were gender and event differences among six dimensions, but there was no class difference among six dimensions.compare betweendifferent groups, showed two factors were the main causes for emergence of fearrecognized by students.3.There was difference between different gender, women feel worse than men, withsociety culture background, it is concludid that women were highly sensitive for thefield and they can express their emotion fluently.4.Compared with cognitive fear, the degree of physical fear will rise as well, due tothat physical arousal quota is highly sensitive for field, Students’behaviors weredifferent either, students behave low control and operation during competition whenthey were in such a high degree of fear.5.There were Linear relationships between four physical arousal quotas and levels ofopearation.and this also exists in the scores of scales and behavior performance duringcompetition.6.Based on the following methods are recommended for teaching to regulate thefeeling of fear:1)regulate the systematic avoidances of sensitiveness;2)regulatepresentational drilling and breath. When putting the above-mentioned five methodsinto the experiment, we find that the feeling of fear is much alleviated. Meanwhile, these two means can be used in the teaching and can improve or alleviate thestudents’feeling of fear,it can also be used to help students get deeper understandingof the skills of Taekwondo and improve the quality of Taekwondo combatteaching. However, the first way seems to be better than the second. |
