With the development of Internet technology,the era has given new connotation to information literacy,and the connotation and extension of information literacy are in dynamic changes.The huge amount of information resources on the Internet easily leads us to be lost in the information ocean.Information literacy is again valued and deserves our attention.Teachers' information literacy is closely related to the development of students' information literacy.Teachers' information literacy directly affects the development of pupils' information literacy.Therefore,this study takes primary school teachers as the research object and combines empirical research methods to explore the influencing factors affecting primary school teachers' information literacy It can provide some reference for the research on the information literacy of primary school teachers.Starting from the background of topic selection,this study expounds the significance of topic selection,combines domestic and foreign research and interviews with primary school teachers to determine the influencing factors of the development of primary school teachers' information literacy.The influential factors of the development of primary school teachers' information literacy are the social influence,individual motivation,convenience,teacher training,self-efficacy and individual innovation.Secondly,teachers' information literacy is divided into three parts: basic information literacy,professional information literacy and scientific research information literacy.Based on the determination of the influencing factors of primary school teachers' information literacy development and the assumptions about the relationship between the influencing factors,the model of the influencing factors of primary school teacher's information literacy development was preliminarily determined.Finally,referring to the relevant questionnaire design of the information literacy influencing factors of existing teachers,designing questionnaires and issuing questionnaires based on the actual situation of interviews,using SPSS and AMOS software for statistical analysis of data,verifying research hypotheses based on the questionnaire data,and verifying factors A series of data processing including analysis,mediation effect test and path analysis,finally determine the model of the factors affecting the development of primary school teachers' information literacy.After testing and revising the model,the conclusions are as follows: social impact indirectly affects teachers' basic information literacy and professional information literacy through individual motivation;social impact indirectly affects teachers' professional information literacy and scientific research information literacy through self-efficacy;Facilitation conditions indirectly affect teachers' basic information literacy through individual motivation,which directly affects teachers' professional information literacy and scientific research information literacy;Teacher training directly affects teachers' basic information literacy,professional information literacy and scientific research information literacy;Individual innovation directly affects teachers' scientific information literacy,and indirectly affects professional information literacy through self-efficacy.Finally,based on the research data,it is concluded that focusing on teaching and research to improve the effectiveness of "research with practice,practice promotes research";attach importance to training and achieve "going out,please come in";technical empowerment,creating online and offline teaching communities;Looking at the overall situation,establish and improve the "assessment + incentives" mechanism;self-monitoring,focusing on five aspects of self-construction to make recommendations,to provide a new perspective for the development of primary school teachers 'information literacy,and to achieve the continuous development of primary school teachers' information literacy.
