In the information age,information literacy has become an important factor in measuring the level of information development and core competitiveness of many countries.With the introduction of China’s "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan",the goal of information technology education has changed from the improvement of students’ ability to apply information technology in order to improve information literacy,realize the inherent needs of information leapfrogging and accelerate the process of realizing informationization of education.In primary school information technology education,information literacy has become an important part of students’ core literacy,and information technology classroom teaching which is the core part of information literacy improvement has also attracted widespread attention.This article will use literature research methods to integrate the factors affecting information literacy improvement in information technology teaching at home and abroad,and take students’ information literacy influencing factors as the breakthrough point of information literacy improvement.Based on these factors and previous studies,i designed relevant questionnaires on information literacy improvement combined with elementary schools in the specific environment of information technology teaching,then I analyze the sample reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Finally,this article focus on the exploration and research of information literacy improvement strategies in primary school information technology classrooms.First of all,this study sorted out relevant literature materials on information literacy concepts,influencing factors and improvement strategies by consulting the literature,which laid the foundation for the subsequent design of information literacy questionnaires and strategy research.This article randomly selects 5 schools in Jianghan District,Wuhan City,500 students as survey objects,and distributes questionnaires online.It collects relevant data in a semi-structured interview to understand the status of information literacy of elementary students based on information technology teaching.The SPSS software is used to process the obtained data and conduct an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting information literacy in primary school information technology teaching.And then this article summarized the most critical factors that affect the improvement of information literacy in primary school information technology teaching,and proposed targeted information on this basis literacy promotion strategies.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows,the factors affecting information literacy in the teaching of information technology in primary schools are mainly explained from the following aspects which are the school level,the teacher level and the student level.And it combined four aspects of information literacy that are the information emotional awareness,the information science knowledge,the information processing ability and the information ethics.According to the questionnaire survey and analysis,the four aspects that are the number of hours of information technology courses in schools,the school’s information environment,the level of teachers’ information technology and the participation of students in the classroom accounted for the highest proportion of all factors,and they also the key factors affecting information literacy improvement in information technology teaching.Based on the data analysis results,this study proposes the following strategies.Firstly,the school should improve the information infrastructure at the school level to provide a good environmental protection for information technology teaching and ensure that the information technology courses are full,what’s more,the school should strictly follow the curriculum regulationsand forbid the lessons occupations to ensure that the information technology classrooms normally.As for the teacher level,we should improve teachers’ own information technology capabilities and promote the standards of self-professional field requirements,and then teachers can choose a good teaching mode based on the content and type of the course to ensure teaching quality;In addition,teachers must strengthen information technology classroom management,try to avoid classroom teaching time turning into game time for students and use the hardware environment reasonably;Lastly,based on the student level,we should stimulate student interest,encourage students to use information technology to solve real-life problems and improve students’ effective classroom participation.
