Innovative Research On The Rule Of Law Education For Primary School Students

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee once again emphasized the position of legal education in primary and secondary education,and carried out a detailed analysis of its importance.The plenary session pointed out that legal education should be reasonably integrated into the current education system of primary and secondary schools.The legal education should start from the young people,and the corresponding legal courses should be set up in the primary school to cultivate their legal consciousness and legal concept.It is very important to carry out the legal education in the primary education stage.It can not only improve the legal quality of primary school students,but also reduce juvenile delinquency.At the same time,local primary schools should take advantage of the opportunity of the promulgation of the rule of law education program for teenagers,actively practice the teaching concept of legal education,promote the development of legal education in the education stage more smoothly,and finally contribute to the realization of the legal power.In this paper,more than 2000 teachers and students of the first primary school in Meishan City,Sichuan Province are taken as the important objects of investigation,and the corresponding questionnaire survey is carried out to understand their understanding of legal education.At the same time,the actual actions taken by the school in carrying out legal education and the results obtained are investigated.According to the current situation,Meishan No.1 Primary School still has many deficiencies in carrying out the corresponding education work,such as the lack of attention given by the school,the lack of a sound teaching team and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses how to strengthen the legal education in the first primary school of Meishan City from different angles,points out the key points of carrying out legal education,and puts forward reasonable suggestions based on the four aspects of education concept,education content,education mode and education environment,which provides a reference for the solid implementation of legal education in the primary school stage.
