An Action Study Of Kindergarten Sports Activities To Cultivate Children's Cooperative Behavior In Large Classes

With the development of society,the ability of cooperation has been paid more and more attention.In Modern Society,science and technology are changing with each passing day.People will not only rely on their own power to achieve unilateral success,but through cooperation with others to complete the task and create revenue to achieve win-win.The terms "cooperation" and "teamwork" have become common topics of discussion.Cooperation is one of the criteria to judge children's social adaptation in the future.The development of cooperative behavior of young children has also been paid more and more attention.In kindergarten sports activities,we often need children to complete certain sports movements or tasks,and some simple sports movements or tasks can be completed by children alone,and most of them can not be completed by children alone,this requires working with others.Therefore,in the kindergarten sports activities to develop pre-school children's cooperative behavior,can well promote the formation of cooperative consciousness of children.Compared with children before the age of 5,children in big classes aged 5-6 are more disciplined,more orderly,more physically fit,less susceptible to negative emotions of others,and able to learn to deal with problems in peer interaction,with a rudimentary social adaptability.Therefore,this research takes 38 children in Class G kindergarten as the research object,takes the action research method as the main method,combines the literature method,the observation method,the case analysis method,the interview,forms the action team with the kindergarten three teachers,carries on the action research,objective: to investigate the influence of physical activities on cooperative behavior of children in kindergarten.By means of Action Research,the author explores a set of sports activity plan which is beneficial to the cooperative behavior of children,and refines the effective method of cultivating the cooperative behavior of children.According to the factors that promote the development of cooperative behavior of young children,such as common goal consciousness,division of labor and Cooperation Ability,conflict response and resolution ability,sports activity design is carried out as the dimension of designing sports activities.The children were observed for one week before the implementation of physical activities,in order to understand that before the implementation of physical activities,the frequency of cooperative events,the cognitive ability of cooperative concept and the performance of cooperation were observed.After four weeks of physical activity,the action team observed the children for another week to compare the changes of cooperative behavior of children before and after the implementation of physical activity,to analyze the influence of kindergarten physical activities on cooperative behavior of large class children.And through the analysis of the implementation of the sports program after adjustment,thus refining the kindergarten sports activities to promote the development of cooperative behavior.After the action research,through the comparative analysis of the observation results,it is found that the kindergarten sports activities have a better promoting effect on the cooperative behavior of big class children,it can increase the frequency of children's cooperation events,improve children's cooperation cognitive level,improve children's cooperation performance.In addition,through the spiral development process of activity planning,organization,implementation,reflection,improvement and re-implementation of kindergarten sports activities,this paper explores the methods of cultivating cooperative behavior development of children in kindergarten sports activities: selecting reasonable cooperative content,promoting cooperative interest of children,stimulating cooperative desire of children;establishing cooperative group,cultivating cooperative ability of children;guiding timely,we should pay attention to the consultation,communication and sharing in the game and after the game,and pay attention to the link of evaluation to promote the cooperation of children.
