The Casework Involved The Study Of The Inferiority Complex Of Children With Early Youth Initiation

Adolescent development is a complex and transient process regulated by the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,which is affected by various factors such as nutrition,energy metabolism and environment.At present,the onset of children’s youth in the global trend in advance,the average age of children’s youth development in advance.The early appearance of secondary sexual characteristics and the early development of reproductive organs often make children feel nervous and shy,and they are easy to be treated differently by their peers,thus resulting in the sense of inferiority,which affects the normal development of children’s interpersonal relationships and has a negative impact on their lives.In this study,from the perspective of social work,the case work method is used to intervene in the self-esteem of children in early adolescence.The research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance,literature research,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts and expounds the theoretical basis of this research.The third chapter mainly introduces the practical process of casework involved in the inferiority of children in early adolescence.The fourth chapter summarizes and reflects on the case work intervention.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which reviews and summarizes this research.Review the case service process,social workers used the confidence scale(SES scale)and FIS survey scale to measure the psychological state of the subjects.Interviews with relevant personnel,director of the family background,school life and so on information collection,understand the basic information of the director,under the guidance of ABC theory perspective and advantage theory,the evaluation of egotism problems and needs,needs of egotism service goal and plan,according to the plan to carry out the practical work,in the case after the service intervention effectiveness evaluation,and close the case in due course.Of this study is to help the youth to launch phase in advance when the children have a correct understanding of puberty rational accept physical change changes,improves the youth when a phase advance children’s self-confidence,enhance its ability to solve problemsindependently,help children youth launch phase in advance when back to normal relationships,and promote the healthy growth of children’s body and mind.Therefore,it is feasible and effective for case work to intervene in the children’s inferiority psychology.Finally,this study puts forward two Suggestions for social work to intervene in the self-esteem of children with early onset of youth: 1.Flexible use of a variety of social work methods to help children with early onset of youth to eliminate self-esteem,improve self-confidence,and promote the physical and mental health development of children with early onset of youth.2.Social workers should intervene in children’s self-abasement from different levels and angles,such as children themselves,peer groups,families and schools,and help them rebuild a good ecological environment to improve their adolescent health development support network.
