Research On The Factors Influencing Teacher Training From The Perspective Of Training Migration

Training transfer refers to the behavior that trainers accept knowledge,skills and performance continuously,and a continuous process of behavior performance.The research on the influencing factors of training transfer has been studied for several decades.The existing research mainly focuses on the influence of individual characteristics and migration atmosphere on training transfer.However,it is not clear that each influence factor and its specific variables affect training transfer.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper further explores the influencing factors of training transfer and the size of specific influencing factors,trying to find out the relationship between factors affecting training transfer,and provide a better reference for follow-up related teacher training.On the basis of theoretical analysis,interview,literature analysis and reference to the model of the influence factors of the classic training transfer,the theoretical model of this study is constructed.Then,based on interview feedback and classic training transfer influence factor analysis scale(GTCS scale,LTSI scale,etc.),the questionnaire of this study was designed.The teachers who participated in the "Millennium teacher training program" of the Yunnan Open University were the research subjects and carried out an empirical study.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to do descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out among the various influencing variables and influencing factors,and the regression coefficients of these factors and variables on training migration were calculated.Finally,the conclusion of this study is summarized,and the innovation and deficiency of this study are analyzed.
