Income is an important indicator to test whether the labor market is equal.Based on the data of China's Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)from 2010 to 2015,this paper first uses the random effect model to explore the important factors affecting the income, and then uses the Oaxaca-Blinder and JMP decomposition method to analyze the income differences between tourism formal and informal employment. The research has the following findings: First,in the time effect, gender, years of education, work experience, square of work experience, whether they are healthy, whether they participate in social security and Mandarin level have a significant impact on their income at the 1% statistical level.Second, the income of tourism formal employment was lower than self-employment in 2010 and 2013,but higher than self-employment in 2015.However,the income of regular tourism employees has always been higher than informal employees.Third, the income gap between formal and self-employment in tourism increased by 17.4% from 2010 to 2015,while the income gap between formal and informal employment in tourism decreased by 16.4%.The former is attributed to the difference effect, while the latter is attributed to the quantity effect, price effect and difference in residual gap.In view of the relevant conclusions,it is of great significance to improve the education level of tourism informal employees and accumulate language human capital to narrow the income gap.
