Investigation On Tourism Employment Of Community Residents In Chibi Scenic Spot,Dongpo Of Huanggang

With the rapid development of tourism,more and more community residents have joined the tourism industry.However,whether community residents can participate in tourism,how to participate in tourism and to what extent to participate in tourism are of great practical significance to the development of destination tourism and community economy.Tourism employment of community residents has become an important part of tourism research.It can not only increase the economic benefits of community residents,but also be of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism destinations.Through literature research,this paper understands the theory and research progress of community participation,investigates 215 community residents through questionnaires,interviews scenic spot managers and heads of tourism companies,and carries out factor analysis of variance,factor analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis through SPSS.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The closer the residents of Chibi community in Dongpo are to the scenic spot,the higher the residents’ willingness to participate in employment;(2)Residents’decision-making behavior has a significant positive correlation with herd motivation,responsibility and obligation motivation,economic interest motivation,residents’protection behavior has a significant positive correlation with responsibility and obligation motivation,and interests maintenance behavior has a significant positive correlation with economic interest motivation;(3)Most of the posts of residents participating in the local tourism industry are distributed in the lower end industries,with long working hours,and a considerable number of residents can not get the social security paid by the tourism enterprises;Wages,working hours,vocational skills,safeguard measures of tourism enterprises and government support policies have a significant impact on Residents’ employment.The management department should put forward practical and feasible ways to participate and broaden the economic income of local residents.According to the conclusions of this paper,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)When formulating relevant employment and franchise policies in the future,fully consider the vital interests and needs of residents;(2)The geographical location of Dongpo Chibi scenic spot and local folk activities are relatively excellent tourism resources.The holding of various local tourism festivals can further enrich,improve the utilization of tourism resources and attract more tourists to play,so as to bring more consumers to local residents’ shops,souvenir shops,restaurants and hotels;(3)Most of the posts of local community residents engaged in tourism employment are relatively low-end.With the development of tourism,relevant enterprises should appropriately improve the salary and treatment level of employees and improve safeguard measures,so as to improve the enthusiasm of local residents to participate in tourism employment.
