As an important part of students' after-school physical exercise,the pattern rope skipping after-school training is also widely loved by students.Through after-school training,students can not only exercise their bodies,develop their body and mind comprehensively,but also find confidence in the after-school training.In 2016,Shanxi Province began to vigorously promote rope skipping in shanxi association,and rope skipping in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly.Its unique "3 + 1" rope skipping league mechanism,so that more and more primary schools in taiyuan city began to pattern rope skipping after-school training.Since figure rope skipping movement,study of figure rope skipping is concentrated in the rope skipping movement pattern and feasibility to promote school-based curriculum,etc.,there is no scholar figure jump rope after school training research,this study makes up for the figure rope skipping this sport to carry out the important aspects in the process of the blank,as figure jump rope after school training research laid the foundation.Based on figure jump rope after school training to carry out the present situation of taiyuan city,Shanxi Province elementary school as the research object,9 to carry out the figure jump rope after school training school in taiyuan city elementary school as the investigation object,USES the literature material,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,comparison of taiyuan figure jump rope 9 primary school after school training to carry out the process of the attitude of the school's leadership training,coaches and players,training of frequency and time,training plan and content,etc.,tried to find the overall pattern of taiyuan elementary school jump rope after school training,and problem in the future to better promote the development of primary school in taiyuan city figure jump rope to provide decision-making basis.The research results show that :(1)the establishment of rope skipping association,various rope skipping activities and the unique "3 + 1" rope skipping league promote the rapid development of rope skipping sports in Shanxi Province.(2)primary school in taiyuan city in the process of training of synchronized jumping rope after school,theschool leader support has certain difference,policy support and funding more than spending on verbal support can arouse the enthusiasm of the coaches,motivate students in training of fast growth,promote synchronized jumping rope after school training form the trend of the development of long-term plan.(3)rope skipping coaches in taiyuan primary schools are relatively young,generally concentrated in the 30 to 40 years old stage,comprehensive quality and ability to occupy the advantage,but only two schools have more comprehensive professional skills of rope skipping coaches.In other schools,the number of coaches is too small and the level of technical theory is generally low in terms of coach training and the technical theory of figure jumping rope.Some schools even have only one coach with average technical ability,which makes it difficult to bring out a high-level team.(4)most of the after-school training team members in primary schools in taiyuan are mainly students of grade 4,grade 5 and grade 6,and the popularity is relatively narrow,so it is difficult to promote the whole school to form a good development atmosphere.The selection and assessment of the players in the after-school training is too simple,which is basically for the purpose of participating in the competition.There is no complete selection and assessment system,which is easy to cause the situation that the after-school training is not paid attention to by parents and students.(5)in the extracurricular training of pattern rope skipping,taiyuan primary schools have carried out different training times and training times in combination with the students' conditions,and the training times and time are too long to increase the exercise load of students,which is not conducive to the growth of students.Too few training times and time lead to the limited learning skills of students,which can not meet the development needs of rope skipping.(6)taiyuan primary schools are too blind and arbitrary in the formulation of their after-school training plans,which are basically for the sake of quick success and quick benefit.They do not make a complete training plan and rich training contents from the perspective of long-term development of the school like the second experimental primary school and shanxi modern bilingual school.At present,the development of the extracurricular training of the pattern rope skipping in taiyuan primary school has achieved certain results.In order to improve this situation,this study puts forward the following substantive Suggestions in combinationwith the actual situation :(1)shanxi jumping rope association should strengthen the organization of jumping rope training activities,apply for the right to hold high-level training,and expand and enrich the competition types.(2)the school supports the development policy and funding of the school's pattern rope skipping,and encourages the development of the pattern rope skipping as a feature of the school's long-term planning.(3)physical education teachers take the initiative to learn,and lead teachers and students around to create a good atmosphere and conditions.(4)formulate a sound selection and assessment system,scientific and systematic long-term training plan,and popularize it to the whole school.
