Rope skipping, not limited with figure, season, and age, can be easily operated with some simple equipment in a sm all site; as long as a piece of string, one or more people can be in m otion. The motion characteristics are systemic coordination, with a strong sense of rhythm and interest. Therefore, it is a popular and ideal public fitness project. Rope skipping can not only improve the young people’ s physical quality, but also enha nce the function of heart and lung, which is deserved to prom ote and popularize from the safety, school sports place, social training places, so it should get the attention of the school and societ y. In this paper, adopted the literature data m ethod, expert in terview method, on-the-spot invest igation method, investigation method of the questionnaire, through the experim ents of Jinan Furen prim ary school, Jinan Spring primary school and Jinan Y u Xian elem entary school, experimental results show that students’ physique health has been improved significantly in primary and secondary schools through the rope skipping.
