In recent years,many parents have begun to pay more attention to the early education of their children,because research has found that 0-3 years old is the golden age of infant brain development.The early education industry has only experienced more than ten years of development in China.It is an emerging industry with high investor concern.Due to its huge market potential,it has made rapid development in a short time.However,compared with the expectation,the investment income is far from enough.Many foreign brands and large capitals have taken a fancy to the cake of China's early childhood education market and have increased their investment.Most early childhood education centers are difficult to maintain a stable operating state in the turbulent market competition.This paper widely in the early education at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of comparative study,guided by the STP theory,marketing mix theory,zaozhuang HHL early education training center as the research object,combined with the actual situation of zaozhuang HHL early childhood training center,analyze the marketing environment,including the macro environment,micro environment,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,from the target market strategy,marketing mix strategy and marketing strategy implementation and control of three aspects analyzes the zaozhuang HHL early education training center for marketing management present situation and main problems.Finally,according to the analysis results of the problem,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to help: in view of the shortcomings of the target market strategy,put forward more market segmentation,rich target market selection,market positioning to be precise and accurate countermeasures;In view of the problems existing in the marketing mix strategy,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enrich the course content,reduce the price and smooth the promotion channel.In view of the problems existing in the implementation and control of marketing strategies,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to introduce high-quality talents and keep innovating.This study not only aims to explore a good marketing model for zaozhuang HHL,but also can serve as a reference for the healthy development of China's early education industry...
