The early education and care of infants and toddlers has become new hotspot in the research field of preschool education. It have been actively developed in shanghai, then district governments all set up early education and instruction center to promote parents' upbringing skills. Teachers of early education and instruction center share parent-child plays and methods with parents to improve their awareness of involved education. So it is necessary to study the interaction of teachers and parents which affect the value and social status of center.In this study, the ecology of human development and symbolic interactionism for the theoretical basis, select a community-based early education and instruction center in Shanghai for case. Researcher Collected 101 Individual interactions and 57 group Interactions about four month-stages: 7-12months, 13-18months, 19-24months, 25-36months through non-participant observation on the Center activities of 10 weeks. Combined with the interview on teachers and parents of this center, this paper got the evaluation and understanding of on-site interaction between the two sides long and discussed teachers should have the skills to explore on the base of their relationship. Study as follows:First is on activities of decentralized individual interaction. This thesis sums up the objective elements and main elements to arouse individual acts from the success interaction, as well as the language of strategy which teachers should promote to continue interactive. Acts interaction initiated by the teachers account for the main .Interactive theme of the major related to child development, communicate education methods, the situation of family education, child care at the scene behavior, their own emotional feedback.Second is on activities of collective group interaction. Teachers designed and organized group interactive activities, so they should consider the characteristics of child care in the whole process. Teachers still initiate the main interaction and parents are in line with. The intention of interaction is manifested in early childhood development, parent education to increase awareness and explain the activities of design, methods of teaching the game to parents to provide the family an extension of the game. Five aspects complement each other.Third is on the evaluation of the activities. Parents think that the number of activities, teachers will have a bearing on the quality of the quality of interaction between the two sides, but the child's emotional experience is positive. Teachers have aware of their lack of grasp of the content of the guidance .Therefore, the quality of teachers and parents awareness of the need to stimulate both sides to further enhance the interaction of high-quality and establish an ideal symbiotic relationship.
