Talents are the first resource,the key to win the battle of poverty alleviation,and naturally become an important driving force to promote regional economic development.To attract talents,various regions have introduced various preferential policies,and launched a war for talents.As a talent who has received higher education,college graduates are also the focus of attention in various regions.In today's severe employment situation,the study of the law of employment flow of rural college graduates can not only solve the employment problem of graduates,but also help the industry development and regional balanced development.The traditional employment mobility of graduates pays more attention to the specific mobility status and influencing factors of the whole country or a certain region,and there is almost no research on rural college graduates as a specific group.It is one of the bottom line tasks for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way to lift the rural poor out of poverty.It is of special significance to study the employment flow of rural college graduates for winning the battle of poverty alleviation and building a new socialist countryside.Flow in this paper,based on the employment of university graduates in 2015 questionnaires,from the features of rural cadastral college graduates as the research object,the cross regional employment of graduates of flow,flow between urban and rural employment,employment group differences,employment flow of cost and benefit aspects in-depth analysis and summary of rural cadastral flow status quo and characteristics of college graduates,and analyze the institutional factors,education,family background and regional economic factors influence on employment flow,analysis the rural cadastral college graduates occurs across the influence factors of employment and cross-regional employment.To provide reasonable Suggestions for the government,universities and graduates.This study mainly draws the following conclusions: Nearly 80% of rural college graduates do not have cross regional employment flow,and the proportion of choosing "home industry" flow and "home learning" flow among the graduates who have cross regional employment flow is relatively high;in the distribution of employment flow,the trend of rural college graduates flowing to the East is relatively obvious,and the western region has become the net brain drain area;in urban and rural employment flow situation In the distribution of the situation,the provincial capital cities and other cities become the main employment options for rural college graduates,only less than 10% of rural graduates stay in rural employment;in the analysis of the cost and benefit of employment flow,employment starting salary of college graduates with transregional employment mobility is higher than that of the immobile ones.In the analysis of influencing factors of employment mobility,system factors,local economic factors,educational factors and family background factors all have certain influence on employment mobility.Regional economic factors are the important influencing factors of employment mobility of rural college graduates.The rural graduates of male,Han and undergraduate colleges have strong tendency of cross nationality employment and cross region employment.At the end of the study,some suggestions are put forward for the rural college graduates.The government should break the institutional barriers,formulate preferential policies to promote the cross regional employment flow and encourage the vocational college graduates to actively invest in the new socialist countryside.The college graduates should establish the correct employment outlook and dare to go to the difficult areas to realize the value of life.
