Private kindergarten is an important part of the education industry,which plays an important role in improving the quality of the people.In the resources of private kindergartens,kindergarten teachers are undoubtedly the most core and key resources.To a great extent,the comprehensive strength of teachers determines the comprehensive competitiveness of kindergartens.The traditional teacher management model can not meet the actual development needs of private kindergartens.Kindergartens need a scientific and systematic teacher performance management system to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of preschool teachers,stimulate teachers' potential,and comprehensively improve the quality of teachers.In view of this,based on the author's own work,this paper studies the construction of kindergarten a teachers' team from the perspective of performance management.This paper takes kindergarten A as the object of study and studies its teacher performance management based on the balanced scorecard theory.First,based on the current development background of private educational institutions,private kindergartens and other preschool educational institutions,the significance and purpose of studying the performance appraisal of teachers in A kindergarten is proposed.Secondly,on the basis of the definition of performance appraisal and so on,the differences between performance appraisal and performance management are elaborated,the balanced scorecard theory is described,and the research literature on teacher performance management and balanced scorecard at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed.Thirdly,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods,the current situation of performance management and performance appraisal of teachers in A kindergarten are studied.Finally,based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,the author optimized and improved the management mechanism of teacher performance appraisal in A kindergarten,and put forward some safeguard measures based on the balanced scorecard theory to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of teacher performance appraisal.Human resource is undoubtedly the core resource of kindergarten development,so kindergarten should attach great importance to the performance management of kindergarten teachers.In the aspect of teacher performance management,we should attach importance to the participation of teachers and the diversity and multi dimension of performance evaluation indicators.Balanced scorecard considers both internal and external indicators of kindergarten,financial indicators and non-financial indicators,objective indicators and subjective judgment indicators,as well as pre indicators and lagging indicators.It is the unity of kindergarten development strategy and operation.Therefore,the application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of private kindergartens meets the actual needs of the development of private kindergartens.
