| Subject teaching knowledge is the core of teacher’s professional knowledge and an important part of teacher’s professional development.At present,there are relatively few literature research results on the subject teaching knowledge of elementary school mathematics novice teachers,and there are widespread problems in the subject teaching knowledge of elementary school mathematics novice teachers.Therefore,this study in the city of G Y county elementary school mathematics novice teachers as the research sample,adopts qualitative research and the research method of combining quantitative research to the novice teacher for primary school mathematics discipline teaching research,the present situation and problems of knowledge for its existing problems and influence factors,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to promote the development of the novice teachers for primary school mathematics discipline teaching knowledge.First of all,by sorting out the relevant literature research on the teaching knowledge of mathematics,based on the theory of constructivism and the theory of teacher professional development,this paper constructs the framework of elementary school mathematics teachers’ teaching knowledge,including the content knowledge of mathematics,the knowledge of education and teaching and the knowledge of understandingstudents’ learning mathematics.Secondly,the primary school mathematics novice teachers in Y county,G city,were selected as the investigation objects,and their current situation was investigated through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview.It was found that there are the following problems in the subject teaching knowledge of primary school mathematics novice teachers: the internalization of mathematics subject knowledge is not systematic enough;Lack of understanding and application of mathematics teaching knowledge;Understand that students do not learn math in depth.On this basis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of elementary school mathematics novice teachers’ subject teaching knowledge,including: lack of active learning reflective consciousness;Lack of professional mathematical communication platform;Lack of training for novice teachers.Finally,this study proposes strategies to promote the development of elementary school mathematics novice teachers’ subject teaching knowledge from two aspects: internal promotion and external support.Innovation elementary school mathematics novice teacher subject teaching knowledge study way;We should strengthen relevant training for elementary school mathematics novice teachers,and promote the development of elementary school mathematics novice teachers’ subjectteaching knowledge through multi-pronged efforts. |
