Reading teaching is a process in which teachers guide students to actively study the text.In this process,students take the initiative to think and deepen their understanding,and gain emotional edification,knowledge enlightenment and personal unique feelings.At the same time,reading teaching,on the basis of learning materials,advocates multiple perspectives and creative reading,expands the space of thinking and imagination,and improves the reading quality.Mind mapping is an effective tool to support reading teaching and reading comprehension.In the process of reading teaching,we use the mind map to guide the students to analyze and comprehend the text.The teaching practice has proved that it is beneficial to stimulate the students’ learning power from the inside,grasp the key points to improve the learning efficiency,enhance the organizational and logical abilities,and activate the students’ inborn creative thinking ability.Pay attention to the application of mind mapping in the teaching of Chinese reading in the third period of primary school,and find problems in the questionnaire survey,teacher interview and student case analysis.Find out the problems in the teaching practice,such as "the cognitive deviation of teachers’ mind map,the fuzzy teaching objectives of teachers,the lack of logic in the content of the map,the single teaching method,and the unreasonable evaluation mechanism".Based on the analysis of the problems in the actual teaching,in order to eliminate the obstacles as much as possible in the mind map assisted reading teaching,the author directly hit the root of the problems,and with reference to the literature and the experience summarized in the teaching,put forward the strategies to improve these problems in the current teaching situation: "teachers improve the professional quality of the mind map,use the mind map to clarify the purpose of teaching,and raise It is hoped that it can be implemented in teaching and improve the teaching quality of mind map assisted reading.Finally,the application of mind map in the teaching of Chinese reading in senior primary school and the exploration of strategies will improve the reading ability and enhance the comprehensive quality of students’ Chinese as the ultimate goal.
