At present,the main teaching method in our country is subject teaching.In the teaching of different subjects,the horizontal connection between courses is not close,and the communication between subjects is even less,which is not good for the development of students' comprehensive quality.There will be some complicated problems in the society.It is very difficult to use only one aspect of knowledge to solve them.Therefore,the education sector must cultivate comprehensive talents.Curriculum reform also emphasizes that knowledge should be sorted and classified to make the relationship between disciplines closer.In teaching practice,some problems are only explained by their own professional knowledge,which is difficult for students to understand.Interdisciplinary penetration teaching can help to solve these problems.Biology,as a science discipline,is closely related to the three disciplines of mathematics,physics and chemistry.This paper studies the background of interdisciplinary infiltration and the research status of interdisciplinary infiltration in the world,and considers that interdisciplinary infiltration can be carried out.In this paper,we select the compulsory one and the compulsory two in the new biology textbook of senior high school,sort out the knowledge points which are intersected with mathematics,physics and chemistry,analyze the relationship between them and the teaching progress of biology related content.In biology,most of the knowledge of infiltration mathematics is computing class and building curve model class,the operation of adding and multiplying,and the relationship between them expressed by graph;the microscope knowledge of physics is applied in the experiment,and the optical knowledge of physics and the knowledge of energy transformation are permeated in the metabolic part,and some knowledge of radioisotope is involved;There are many knowledge points of chemical cross penetration.In biology,functional groups,chemical bonds,redox reactions,isotopic labeling and chemical properties of substances are used in organic chemistry.Through the design and analysis of cross penetration teaching for key knowledge points,this paper summarizes three suggestions for cross penetration Teaching: first,teachers should constantly update their ideas,have the awareness of interdisciplinary,learn the professional knowledge,and learn the knowledge of other related disciplines.Second,biology teachers should communicate with teachers of other subjects,understand their teaching contents and teaching progress,master the knowledge and experience that students have,understand the arrangement sequence of teaching materials for each course,and grasp the knowledge points of interdisciplinary penetration.Third,according to the teaching objectives of this subject,we should distinguish the primary and secondary,find the appropriate entry point,and infiltrate the knowledge of other subjects in biology teaching in a proper and timely manner,so as to improve students' migration ability.
