Mind wandering often occurs in the classroom,which refers to the phenomenon that students' attention is transferred from the current classroom teaching and learning tasks or teachers' guidance to the spontaneous thinking and emotion within individuals.Class wandering can not be avoided,but too much class wandering will affect students' listening efficiency,leading to the decline of learning performance.This study takes middle school students as the research group to explore the factors that affect middle school students' classroom wandering,and selects the variable of Internet addiction to explore the influence of middle school students' Internet addiction on classroom wandering.It enriches the study of classroom wandering,and gives reasonable suggestions based on the results to help middle school students reduce the frequency of classroom wandering and improve the efficiency of classroom learning.In this study,600 middle school students in Langfang City,Hebei Province were selected as subjects by using?Internet Addiction Test For Chinese?,?Middle School Students' Class Mind Wandering Scale? and ?Depression Anxiety Stress Scale?.Spss22.0 was used to process and analyze the data collected.The results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the scores of class mind wandering among middle school students in gender and grade.The scores of boys are significantly higher than that of girls.The scores of high school students are significantly higher than that of junior high school students.There is no significant difference in the scores of growing up and living together with parents.(2)There are significant differences in the scores of Internet addiction among middle school students in their growing areas and grades.The scores of Internet Addiction of middle school students in rural areas are significantly higher than those in urban areas,and the scores of Internet Addiction of middle school students in senior three are significantly higher than those of middle school students in all grades.There are no significant differences in gender and whether they live with their parents.(3)There are significant differences in the scores of middle school students' negative emotions in their growing up areas and grades.The scores of rural middle school students' negative emotions are significantly higher than urban middle school students' in growing up areas,and the scores of senior middle school students' negative emotions are significantly higher than each grade in middle school;there are no significant differences in gender and whether they live with their parents.(4)The scores of middle school students in classroom wandering,Internet addiction and negative emotions are positively correlated,and negative emotions play a part of intermediary role between Internet addiction and classroom wandering.
