Chinese characters are the carrier of Chinese culture and an important part of Chinese culture.As a symbol,Chinese characters have a long historical memory and are an important tool for spreading the Chinese national culture.In primary school Chinese education,literacy is the focus of teaching.The education of Chinese characters is the foundation and starting point for learning other cultures.As one of the four core literacy in Chinese,cultural inheritance and understanding is an important part of core literacy.It refers to the realization of cultural understanding and inheritance through the study of language and writing.It is also the key to the formation and development of students' core literacy in Chinese..Literacy teaching based on the perspective of cultural inheritance should not only focus on the number of literacy and the structure of the glyphs,but also on the meaning of cultural symbols implied in the instrumentality of Chinese characters.The value of Chinese character culture determines the meaning and value of cultural inheritance in literacy teaching.Therefore,teachers in the lower grades of elementary schools should be deeply aware of the important role traditional culture plays in the basic education stage.This article explores effective strategies for low-level literacy teaching in primary schools from the perspective of inheriting excellent traditional culture,in order to improve the efficiency of literacy teaching and stimulate students 'interest in literacy,and effectively cultivate students' cultural literacy and heritage through literacy teaching.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four parts.The introduction mainly describes the research background,current status,research content,research methods and practical value of the paper.The first chapter is an overview of cultural heritage and low-level literacy teaching.There are three sections.The first section discusses the concept of cultural inheritance and understanding and the definition of literacy teaching;the second section mainly discusses the relationship between excellent traditional cultural inheritance and lowlevel literacy teaching;the third section combines "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards"(2011 version)Propose corresponding research theoretical support.The second chapter is a survey and analysis of the current situation of literacy teaching for elementary school students in primary school.There are two sections.The first section discusses the survey of primary school students 'literacy teaching;the second section discusses the survey of teachers' literacy teaching.The third chapter is an overview of the problems and causes in the teaching of Chinese literacy in elementary school.Through the analysis of questionnaires,the use of classroom observation methods and interview methods,combined with teaching practice,the problems and causes of literacy teaching are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the study of teaching strategy and an important part of the thesis.By analyzing the causes of literacy teaching problems,the following literacy teaching strategies are summarized: 1.Research on traditional cultural theoretical knowledge and improve teachers' cultural literacy;2.Master the rules of Chinese character construction and adjust literacy teaching methods;3.Use Chinese character story teaching methods to cultivate Interest in learning Chinese character culture;4.Adopt multiple literacy evaluation methods to enhance the effectiveness of learning Chinese character culture.All in all,Chinese characters,as the essence and treasure of Chinese national culture,have unique cultural characteristics.The excellent traditional culture contained in Chinese characters is the spiritual core that has been endless in the millennium of national cultural heritage.The exploration and practice of low-level literacy teaching in elementary schools based on the inheritance of excellent traditional culture need to start from the two aspects of cultural heritage and classroom literacy teaching practice,and pay attention to the improvement of students' cultural heritage in literacy learning.In the low-level primary school literacy teaching practice,teachers should use educational wisdom,optimize literacy teaching methods,use a variety of teaching evaluation methods,let students feel the fun of literacy in literacy learning,improve the efficiency of literacy,and thus improve the culture of students Details,inherit excellent traditional culture.
