As the public's concern for taxation continues to heat up,with the help of self-media represented by tiktok,micro-blog,Zhihu,etc.,tax-related topics often arouse social discussions,making the tax field a highly sensitive area of public opinion.If not handled properly,it may lead to large-scale social movements.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of tax-related network public opinion has become a topic that the taxation department must attach great importance to and urgently need to solve.This paper comprehensively uses literature research and case analysis to analyze the basic situation of tax related network public opinion,and takes negative tax related network public opinion as the research focus,respectively from the classification and comparison of tax related network public opinion,relevant industry influence,research value and other aspects,and selects "Fan bingbing tax evasion" event as a typical case to carry out analysis.According to the time sequence of events,this paper divides the complete evolution process of tax related network public opinion into four stages: germination,growth,outbreak and reduction.From the aspects of media type,public opinion focus and emotion,this paper deeply studies the evolution process of tax related network public opinion,and analyzes the countermeasures of tax departments in each evolution stage.Through the research,we found that in the era of we media,the tax authorities in the prevention and control of public opinion,monitoring,research and judgment,emergency response,active guidance and other aspects of the problems,such as the dispute contradiction is not handled in time,the public opinion monitoring and disposal ability is not enough,and the network discourse power is not fully valued and so on.The reasons of the problems are analyzed from the subjective and objective aspects.On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions on the coping strategies of tax related network public opinion from the aspects of enhancing the ability of prevention and control of public opinion,improving the ability of hidden trouble relief,enhancing the ability of public opinion guidance,and enhancing the ability of public opinion management,so as to provide reference for the tax department to effectively carry out the optimization and improvement of the tax related network public opinion response mechanism.
