Today's society has entered We-media era with the rapid development of information technology.The we media platform,in major forms of blogs,Weibo,WeChat,etc.,has become the most active subject of network information dissemination and emerging public opinion positions.In the era of media,the dissemination of network information has multiplied geometrically,and everyone can be an information disseminator,which make the publicity and communication management of university in face of a more serious situation/face a more severe situation.If a sudden public sentimental outbreak occurs in university,and university administrators fail to deal with it in a timely and effective manner,it is likely to spread the crisis of sudden incidents in university,affecting the normal education and teaching order of university,and causing poor management and social image of university.making an impression of poor management to society.Therefore,in the era of the media,how to improve the ability of university to cope with sudden public sentiment crisis,to minimize the losses and harms caused by sudden incidents of public opinion crisis,has become a realistic problem that university administrators must consider.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of public opinion communication in the era of media in the era of media,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the publicity and communication management of sudden events in university,that is,the lack of we media utilization,the ability of pre-judgment is not strong,and the passive lag is guided.This paper points out the reasons for the ineffectiveness of public opinion transmission in university in the era of media,including the backwardness of public opinion management in university,the poor communication,the backward monitoring technology,the incomplete guiding mechanism and the lack of media literacy.The Logistics block growth model and the Ebbinghaus memory curve are used to establish the public opinion communication model of the university emergencies from the media era.The validity of the model has been verified by the “examination of the postgraduate questions”.Finally,this paper proposes a strategy to improve the ability of public opinion communication management in sudden events in university.It is believed that in dealing with the crisis of public opinion communication in university,we should grasp the principle of people-oriented,responsibility,quick response,open information and uniformity,while paying attention to prevention,strengthening the management of public opinion communication in sudden incidents in university,establishing a sound guiding mechanism for public opinion and a recovery mechanism for aftermath,aiming at seeking quick and effective solutions for universities to cope with the crisis of public opinion communication,and maintaining the image,reputation and stability of university.
