Investigation On The Current Situation Of Parents' Satisfaction With Community Early Education Services

Early education plays a crucial role in the development of infants and young children.As the main force of providing early education services,early education institutions play an important role in popularizing early education,achieving social equity,and promoting the harmonious development of infants and young children.As a special early education service model,community early education services understand parents' satisfaction with community early education services It is of great significance to understand the current situation of community early education services,make up the shortcomings of family education,improve the quality of community early education services and policy-makingFirst of all,by consulting the relevant research literature to collect and sort out the research status of early education in the community in recent years,based on the authoritative questionnaire,combined with the actual needs of this study,determine the dimensions of the preparation of the questionnaire,issue and recycle the questionnaire for data statistical analysis,to understand the satisfaction and differences of parents on early education services in the community.Secondly,15 parents of early education institutions in different communities were interviewed in order to have an in-depth understanding of parents' satisfaction.Through the analysis of the results,we can draw the following conclusions: first,the overall satisfaction of parents is between very satisfied and relatively satisfied,among which the more satisfied parents account for the majority;second,parents say that they can get some benefits from the community early education,but they are less satisfied with the children's seats and parents' classroom in the community early education;third,parents express that there are various kinds of community early education courses Satisfied with the introduction of relevant curriculum theories and curriculum forms;4.The proportion of parents who are not satisfied with the management and service of the community early education park is the highest;5.Parents are most satisfied with the quality of teachers' love,patience and responsibility;6.Parents approve and are satisfied with the warm and warm atmosphere of the community early education,but lack of outdoor space and unclear Not satisfied with the function partition.Finally,according to the research conclusion and the existing research results,this paperputs forward suggestions from three aspects: parents,community early childhood institutions and education administrative departments: parents should establish correct early childhood education concept,actively participate in community early childhood education activities;community early childhood institutions should improve the service level and quality from the aspects of parents' service,curriculum service,teachers,kindergarten management,environment,etc.,to meet the needs The administrative department of education should set up the standard of community early education service,and use community kindergarten to carry out community early education guidance.
