Research On The Relationship Between Service Commitment And Parent Satisfaction Of Youth Basketball Training Institutions In China

In recent years,youth basketball has flourished and has been included in the middle school sports examination by many provinces.A good development environment and policy effects have spawned the youth basketball training market.Therefore,a large number of youth basketball training institutions have sprung up,which has aroused widespread concern of the society,parents and students.Due to the particularity of the participants,the youth basketball training institution actually carries multiple functions,such as physical education,professional training and sports services.Among them,service quality,as the core element of youth sports training,is the key consideration for student and parent when choosing a training institution.What's more,the rapid growth of the youth basketball training market will also lead to industry competition among training institutions.In order to recruit students,various training institutions often make various service commitments to parents during enrollment.Is there a correlation between parental perception of service commitment and parental satisfaction with the training institution?In addition,the choice of training institutions by parents is actually a kind of sports consumption,and the degree of trust in training institutions may affect their final decisions.What is the relationship between trust and service commitment and satisfaction?Based on the content above,this paper studies the relationship between service commitment and parental satisfaction of youth basketball training institutions,and attempts to reveal the internal mechanism of service commitment to training institutions,in order to improve the service quality and improve parental satisfaction of youth basketball training institutions.This paper,with the parents of youth basketball training institutions in Zhumadian City as an object of investigation,adopts the questionnaire survey method to study the relationship among the service commitment of the youth basketball training institutions,parental satisfaction and parental trust.The results show that:(1)There were significant differences in parents' attitude towards service commitment of youth basketball training institution to teaching commitment and facility commitment.Parents who have different training reasons have significant differences in their service commitment of youth basketball training institutions to teaching commitments.While,there was no significantdifference in parents' service commitment to parental income and educational background;(2)There was no significant difference in the overall satisfaction,communication satisfaction,teacher satisfaction and management satisfaction among the parents from different occupations and incomes.Parents that have different educational backgrounds and training reasons have significant differences in their service commitment of youth basketball training institution to basic satisfaction.(3)There is no significant difference in parents' trust in youth basketball training institutions in terms of their occupation,income,education background and different training reasons.(4)Trust plays an intermediary role between service commitment of youth basketball training institutions and parent satisfaction;Service commitment of youth basketball training institutions has a direct positive impact on trust and parental satisfaction.The trust of youth basketball training institutions positively influences parents' satisfaction.Finally,the following suggestions are made to improve the service quality of youth basketball training institutions:(1)The service commitment of youth basketball training institutions should be based on the facilities and operating conditions of the training institutions,and should be combined with local education,facilities and economic level.(2)The class size of the youth basketball training institutions should be kept within a reasonable range so that the students can receive adequate teaching and training;(3)The youth basketball training institutions need to strengthen communication with the parents of the students;(4)The youth basketball training institutions should increase the achievement of service commitments and improve the quality of service,enhance parents' trust in training institutions,and thus improve parents' satisfaction with training institutions.
