High school students as the reserve force of national construction and development,plays an important role,to improve the overall quality of high school students,thinking is very important to development and promotion,extend high school students(of)the breadth and depth of thinking becomes one of the core content of high school language education,therefore,in the new standard for critical thinking becomes more important.Only by enabling students to have critical thinking,can they make correct choices and updates in the development of culture and "take the essence and discard the dross".To cultivate high school students' critical thinking is the language educational circles of common concern,as the new lesson mark,foster critical thinking has become the hot topics in the study of Chinese scholars,and achieved certain results,but in our country's existing modern article reading teaching in high school,there are still some problems,these problems hindered the training students' critical thinking,therefore,how to will be better in modern article reading teaching on the cultivation of critical thinking is not only a university scholar research question,is also based education to face the problem.In the process of education practice,the author carefully observed the real classroom in the teaching of modern literature reading in senior high schools,based on the standard(version)of Chinese curriculum in senior high schools and the law of psychological development of senior high school students,and combined with the quality of critical thinking,the way to cultivate and the influencing factors.At the same time,literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to assist.This paper is composed of three parts: the first part discusses the current situation of the cultivation of critical thinking in high school modern literature reading teaching,including the investigation of the current situation,the sorting out of problems and the analysis of causes;The second part is to write the training objectives and principles.The training objectives are to think independently about the content of modern literature,to be rational in the reading of modern literature,and to question the classical modern literature.The principles of training are the principles of rationality,diversity and effectiveness.The third part is to put forward effective strategies according to the questions,which are to establish students' awareness of critical thinking,break the thinking pattern,enhance thinking flexibility,optimize teaching methods and cultivate critical thinking.
