With the introduction of the outline of the national plan for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)and the strategy for innovative talents,the state attaches more and more importance to the important role of scientific education in talent development.And early childhood is the best period for scientific enlightenment education,is also is to cultivate their scientific thinking ability,exploring ability and creativity,the best period for its long-term future with the development of education value,and science education responsibility shall be borne by the kindergarten,not just family should also be in young children's learning experience science plays its unique advantages in education.Family,as an important place of early childhood science education,contains unlimited resources of science education and plays an important role in early childhood science education.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to conduct a self-compiled questionnaire on the current situation of family science education for children aged3-6 years,which was conducted among 742 parents of children aged 3-6 years in 5kindergartens in shenyang and fushun.The following research results were obtained:1.The current situation of family science education for children aged 1.3-6 years includes four aspects: parents' understanding of family science education,parents' own family science education literacy,parents' evaluation of family science education and parents' behavior of family science education.2.3-6 year old children's family science education is generally in good condition.Among the four dimensions,the dimension of parents' behavior in carrying out family science education scored the highest,followed by parents' own family science education literacy and parents' understanding of family science education,while parents' evaluation of family science education scored the lowest.3.There are significant differences in the understanding of family science education between parents of children with different annual income;There were significant differences in the demographic variables such as education background,annual income and mother's occupation.There were significant differences in parents' evaluation of family science education in terms of annual income and demographic variables of family structure.
