| From various social media and communication with kindergarten teachers,it can be found that kindergarten teachers have a lot of work pressure,but the public has little knowledge about the degree of work pressure of kindergarten teachers.In order to understand whether township kindergarten teachers have a lot of work pressure,which factors affect their work pressure,and how to solve the problems,the questionnaire and interview outline were designed based on previous studies,person-environment fit theory and demand theory,etc.Taking front-line class teachers in a public township kindergarten in D district of Beijing as the research object,the status and sources of work pressure of kindergarten teachers were investigated,and corresponding suggestions were put forward according to the analysis of the survey results.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview,it is shown that the work pressure of public kindergarten teachers is relatively large at present,and the pressure mainly comes from the children’s safety problems,cooperative education of kindergarten and family,the parents’ attitude after the teachers communicate the children’s problems to the parents,the children’s development level,the society’s cognition of preschool education,the relationship between leaders and teachers and so on.Kindergarten teachers’ work pressure is different among people in different positions.The mismatch between individual ability and job requirement,individual demand and job supply,and leadership’s working style will lead to the formation of teachers’ working pressure.Based on the current situation and causes of the pressure of the respondents,this paper puts forward several suggestions in combination with the person-environment fit theory and the leader-member exchange theory,in order to provide ideas for the kindergarten to manage the work pressure of teachers.The society and the government should shoulder the leading responsibility of alleviating the teachers’ work pressure.Establish and improve laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of kindergarten teachers;to optimize the allocation of resources and improve the education and teaching quality of kindergartens and teachers;strengthen positive publicity,improve social cognition,improve the social status of kindergarten teachers;to establish a long-term investment guarantee mechanism and increase financial input in preschool education. |
