During the two sessions in 2018,pre-school education received extensive attention and attention,with special emphasis on the construction of kindergarten teachers.The former deputy director of the Ministry of Education,Liu Limin,said that strengthening the construction of kindergarten teachers must first bring good pre-school teachers into the park,and truly have love.Preschool teachers who understand education are introduced into the kindergarten teachers.According to relevant empirical research,the degree of fit between people and organizations has a direct impact on the effectiveness of recruitment and the success rate of recruitment,and affects the long-term development of teachers and organizations.Studying the fit of people and organizations in kindergarten teacher recruitment can not only enrich the theoretical research of kindergarten teacher recruitment,but also promote the long-term development of kindergarten teachers and kindergarten organizations.This thesis studies the degree of engagement between Chinese and organizations in kindergarten teachers.Firstly,through the collection and analysis of the literature,the relevant research results of the fit between the human and the organization and the related research on the recruitment of kindergarten teachers are sorted out.After that,based on the literature review,the research and design,through the self-made questionnaire "Kindergarten teachers hired Chinese and organizational fit degree questionnaire",and interview outline,500 different teachers in different nature of the park,as the survey object,use The questionnaire survey method and the interview method are used to horizontally investigate the current situation of the fit of the kindergarten teachers to the middle school and the organization.Then,through the case study method,the characteristics of the high fit kindergarten recruitment are investigated in depth.research shows:1.The degree of fit between the kindergarten and the teacher is generally high,the value fits the highest,the target fit and the ability-the requirement is the second,and the demand-supply fit is the lowest.2.Kindergarten and teacher fit degree There are significant differences in teacher education,teacher working years,kindergarten star rating and kindergarten school years.The main performances are:low-educated preschool teachers' ability-requirement fit is higher than high-school children's teachers;work The long-term demand for preschool teachers is higher than that of newly recruited teachers;the high-starty kindergarten demand-supply fit and target fit are higher than those without star-rated;thekindergarten demand-long capacity of the kindergarten is long-term and The goal fit is higher than the kindergarten with a short period of school.3.High-complexity Kindergarten Recruitment Features: Accurately locate kindergarten values and garden concepts,“garden-school cooperation” recruitment methods,adopt non-structured interview forms,and systematically train new teachers.From the three aspects of the orientation of the park,the innovation selection model and the improvement of the post management,the recruitment optimization strategy based on the theory of human and organizational fit is proposed.
