| At present,the job satisfaction of preschool education has played a more important role in the education industry,and preschool teachers are facing the attention from all sectors of society.Teachers’ job satisfaction determines their work input and results,which is why it affects the embodiment of preschool teachers’ education achievements.Therefore,it has become the primary task to improve the level of preschool teachers’ job satisfaction.Existing in the study on preschool teachers’ job satisfaction study is less,so the article research the preschool teachers’ job satisfaction,basically be to understand on preschool teachers’ work and family are not satisfied,try to give some help is also better for kindergarten management so as to promote the development of preschool teachers.By collecting literature data,this study adopt is given priority to with the questionnaire survey,by the 177 children of T city 18 kindergarten teacher questionnaire,the survey surface of preschool teachers’ job satisfaction,including the work itself,work remuneration,working environment,further promotion,director in the five dimensions on investigation and analysis of data and related information,understanding their preschool teachers job satisfaction status quo,to a more understanding and provides the theory basis for early childhood teachers work,and advances some countermeasures and Suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)at present,the job satisfaction of 18 kindergartens in T city is basically between general and relatively satisfactory,and the overall level of job satisfaction is not quite satisfactory.(2)from the demographic variables preschool teachers’ job satisfaction: the influence of different marital status of preschool teachers in the work itself,work environment,job reward satisfaction achieved significant difference,the married teachers satisfaction is higher than the unmarried teachers,kindergarten has difference in further promotion,but did not reach significant difference;Preschool teachers with different staffing status have significant differences in principal satisfaction,but not significant differences in work itself,working environment,promotion andremuneration.(3)through correlation analysis,it is found that health care factors(work remuneration,work environment,principal)and incentive factors(work itself and promotion)are significantly correlated,and the strongest correlation is between work environment and work itself.(4)regression analysis shows that health care factors have a significant positive predictive effect on incentive factors.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on how to improve the job satisfaction of T city kindergarten teachers. |
