Teachers are one of the most important resources in private inclusive kindergartens,and their job satisfaction is directly related to their level of investment in work,attention to students,and teaching effectiveness.Understanding the level of job satisfaction among teachers can provide key information for kindergarten managers to optimize kindergarten management methods,improve the working environment and treatment of teachers,and ultimately improve the quality of kindergarten teaching.This article uses research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,and data statistics,based on the hierarchy of needs theory,dual factor theory,and Mayo interpersonal relationship theory,and takes private inclusive kindergarten preschool teachers in J district of Chongqing as the research object to investigate and analyze the current situation of job satisfaction of private inclusive preschool teachers.Based on the discovered problems,the reasons are identified,and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The research results of this study are as follows:(1)The overall job satisfaction of private inclusive kindergarten teachers in J District of Chongqing is at a moderate or above level.The satisfaction level of salary and compensation is low,the work environment is high,leadership and management are at a moderate or above level,the work itself is at a moderate or above level,and self actualization is at a moderate or above level.Among the various dimensions of job satisfaction,teachers have the lowest satisfaction with salary and compensation,while they have the highest satisfaction with the work environment.(2)In the analysis of differences,it was found that there are gender differences in the job satisfaction of preschool teachers.Male teachers have higher job satisfaction than female teachers,but due to the small proportion of male teachers in the sample,they are not included in the final results;There is a significant difference in job satisfaction among preschool teachers in terms of income levels,with higher salaries leading to higher job satisfaction among preschool teachers;There is a significant difference in job satisfaction among preschool teachers in terms of age,with teachers aged 26 and above generally having higher job satisfaction than those aged 25 and below;There is a significant difference in job satisfaction among preschool teachers in terms of teaching age,and as teaching age increases,satisfaction continues to improve;Family status has a significant impact on the job satisfaction of preschool teachers.Married teachers with children generally have higher job satisfaction than unmarried and childless preschool teachers;Different professional roles have an impact on the job satisfaction of preschool teachers,with significant differences in staffing,job roles,and whether to serve as a delayed teacher after class.There is no significant difference in teacher qualification certificate acquisition,teaching grade,and number of head teachers;There are differences in job satisfaction among teachers at different levels of kindergartens,but the differences are not significant.(3)The survey found that the job satisfaction of teachers in private inclusive kindergartens in J District of Chongqing was low in welfare and salary,unreasonable workload arrangement,insufficient professional recognition of preschool teachers by the society,defects in the reward and punishment system implemented by leaders,and serious imbalance in gender ratio.Conclusion: This article investigated the job satisfaction of private inclusive kindergarten teachers in J District of Chongqing City,and found that the satisfaction level of salary and compensation is low,the work environment is high,the leadership and management level is medium or above,and the satisfaction level of work itself and self realization is medium or above.At the same time,the survey also found significant differences in job satisfaction among preschool teachers in terms of gender,income level,age,teaching experience,family status,and professional roles.In addition,the survey also found that there are problems such as low welfare and salary,unreasonable workload arrangement,insufficient professional recognition of preschool teachers by the society,defects in the reward and punishment system implemented by leaders,and serious imbalance in gender ratio.Therefore,the conclusion drawn in this article is that the overall job satisfaction of private inclusive kindergarten teachers in J District of Chongqing is at a moderate or above level,but there are multiple factors that affect satisfaction,and there are multiple issues that need to be addressed.
