The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out: "we should accelerate the modernization of education and build China into a strong country in education." In this context,in recent years,the government and education departments have promulgated a series of policies and plans aimed at promoting the deep integration of information technology and education.Shanghai as the pioneer of the national education reform innovation,but also in 2018 promulgated the "Shanghai education informatization 2.0 action plan(2018-2022)",points out that to improve the ability of teachers' information literacy and information technology teaching,establish the teaching system of focusing on the information-based teaching,improve teachers using artificial intelligence technology to optimize teaching ability,promote the actual change in the way of teaching.Primary and secondary education is the most important part of school education.As an important part of school education,physical education and information technology are deeply integrated,which is an important part of realizing education modernization as soon as possible.At present,there are many researches on the strategy and effect of integrating information technology into physical education,but there are few researches on the current situation of developing informationized physical education in daily physical education.Primary and secondary schools in Shanghai as the research object,this study of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Shanghai as the research object,through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,focusing on physical education teaching and the further integration of modern information technology,the thorough investigation visit Shanghai middle and primary school sports under the basis of the information on the development of education informationization,explore the physical education teachers in physical education informationization teaching consciousness,ability and the practice,the influence factors of sports informationization teaching and the present predicament,and then put forward the proposal.Therefore,it can provide help for the sustainable and efficient development of Shanghai primary and secondary school physical education informatization.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The willingness of physical education teachers in primary and secondaryschools in Shanghai is very high,but their understanding of information teaching needs to be improved.In particular,the release and implementation of relevant policies and measures is not timely understood.2.The integration of information technology and physical education in Shanghai has accumulated certain teaching accumulation.The development of information-based teaching in the field of physical education has become mature.3.The frequency of information-based physical education in daily classroom teaching is not high,and there is a certain gap in the application of different information-based physical education forms by teachers.The quantity and quality of the application ability of information teaching methods and the specific development of daily physical education classes need to be improved.In particular,the application of information teaching methods in teaching evaluation and classroom feedback needs to be strengthened.4.There are obvious differences between different ages and different students in the information teaching of PE teachers.The main performance is as follows: the physical education teachers aged 30-39 have the best information physical education teaching ability,and the physical education teachers aged 40 and above have the weakest information physical education teaching ability;The PE teachers in the middle school have the best information teaching ability,while the PE teachers in the high school are the weakest.5.The lack of teachers' informationized physical education literacy,informationized physical education training,the shortage of schools' informationized physical education resources,the particularity of outdoor teaching and the tedious operation process of informationized physical education are all factors that affect the smooth development of informationized physical education by physical education teachers.6.According to the problems in the research,this paper puts forward the development strategies for promoting informationized physical education in primary and secondary schools from the four aspects of government departments,schools,physical education teachers themselves and colleges and universities for the training of informationized teaching quality of physical education students.
